Good food most of the time. The people working there are really nice and do a good job. Burgers are good for the price!
Update 12/2024 tried the new chicken sandwich. It was really good. Service was great! ????
Had a great time watching the michigan game while enjoying some superb tasting food for affordable price! Everything was served within 10-15 minutes & was cooked fresh too my liking & was served hot I can't complain about the service I had a great server who made sure I had everything I asked for. I ordered a few drinks including there $3 patron shooters to mix in my margaritas that we're only $6 pictured below ! I've been too the Portage location just to wait almost 2hrs for my food to be served cold & half cooked so I suggest this location for a better experience and a superb atmosphere!
First time at this location and we got first good impression but, as we seated we saw many things goes wrong. Lot of lazy people in the venue the worst part was as we are leaving the restaurant there was 3 girls seating down on the waiting bench. This is bad for your business, employees must be doing something and be attentive to guests to keep the place nice and clean.
Those three doing, (when was so many tables to clean up and keep the entrance in welcome condition), doing nothing making you location bad!
We enjoyed our time here with our family sitting at one of the high tops. We stopped in specifically for dessert. Lots of laughs and good conversation. That said, my perception may be colored by good company. However, their desserts are pretty yummy, the place was clean, I was a teensy bit put off by the waitress, she was a little chilly towards us, but she did her job well and got us our food so, whatever. Overall good experience, would recommend.
The food is always amazing every time I come here, and the staff here is truly pleasant and super sweet and always checking on me when i visit
It feels like I'm dining with family! Five stars is truly not enough for the service here
Service is good, but for whatever reason, whenever we order carside to go they completely screw us on the pasta sauces and barely give us any at all. Somebody needs to get them to stop giving you less than half the amount of sauce for to go orders.
So today I came in and I was sat with Kwon and from the moment me and my family sat down they gave us nothing but great service. They were on top of refills and our whole order was made correctly. If the other servers are like them then I will be coming back for the service
While the staff were the best, the food was mediocre to bad, with one notable exception. The pretzel sticks with beer cheese were addictive. The rest of the menu disappointed. The babyback ribs bore no resemblance to the image in the menu or a normal rack of ribs. I had 3 segments, of ribs, 2 were dry and awful and the 3rd was almost okay. The chicken breast another in my party ordered were dry and overcooked as well. I will be skipping them next time I am looking for ribs..
