Food, service, and atmosphere is great here! Had a great meal at the bar while the game was on! Ordered the steak meal and the three cheese chicken penne!
Unfortunately, I did not enjoy. When my boyfriend and I first walked in, there was no hostess on sight so we just awkwardly stood at the door for a few minutes looking around and no one greeted us. When someone finally did walk over we were seated and placed our order a few moments later. When my order arrived, it was incorrect and we did not have silverware or napkins. Our waitress informed us that the person responsible for washing the silverware did not complete it ( instead of simply offering plastic), so we were a little confused. When we did receive the silverware we still had not received any napkins and they were very much needed. After getting our own, the waitress then offered more. Still not trying to complain, we continued eating and after we both drank all of our sweet tea, we were looking for our waitress to ask for refills, but after several minutes of not seeing her, we asked someone else who kindly helped us right away (we tipped her for her service) After we received our refills our waitress popped back up and asked us if we needed anything so we asked for our check and boxes. We were given two of the small boxes and had way more food than would fit in them and then we were told that that were out of the rest, so I asked for more because I was not leaving my food behind. After that, we were still waiting for our check and about 15 min later we finally received it and was told that we were not charged for the incorrect side that was given to us ( it was their error not ours) so I wouldn't have payed anyway. The only thing I completed was my salad and took everything else home in my mini boxes because after waiting for everything my food was cold anyway. I wasn't too thrilled with this visit.
Today on my visit everything was perfect. The hostess greeted me immediately and sat me in the booth I preferred. My waitress Lizzy was nice, friendly and efficient. She made dining experience delightful.
great food & price on the deal. bacon cheeseburger, seasoned fries and a drink for $9.99. LOVE bacon cheeseburgers and fries and this one was pretty good. food was ready and a nice portion of everything including drink. employee who got my order was nice. don't think i got her name though. a lot of people in there eating & drinking. will definitely visit again. thx
It's a hit or miss Everytime I come to this location. The food is on point sometimes but this time it was mediocre and not worth the cost. And the server was more interested in servicing my husband than the rest of my family. We also sat for long periods of time waiting for refills, boxes, and the check. It was not a busy night which I would've understood if it was. But she just kept walking past us without checking in until we stopped her mid walk. Most servers there are more attentive and we always tip well when service is good. This time was not it. We stayed a lot longer than we intended to waiting for her to bring things. Like I said, hit or miss.
Ordered a burger No PINK!!!! Well done it’s not rocket science to burn a burger. But the cooks at this location don’t care it’s all about getting nasty food out not fast either so what was the rush I showed at the time it said and still waited 10 -15 min for a raw burger! Waste of time and money at this location
The hostess was amazing. The waiter was busting his romp working the tables. Clearly understaffed. The food is the issue. Ordered the Mac and didn’t know the Mac itself would be diabetic sickly sweet. Thought 4 cheese Mac and chicken. Okay so the chicken will be sweet and reg Mac. Why is the Mac diabetic and sweet ? I couldn’t even finish it. It’s a disgrace to pasta. ???? The chicken wonton tacos were great but since I didn’t finish my Mac I ordered more tacos. Second set came in a bowl. The first taco almaot had nothing in it. The last taco was so soaked it didn’t have a crunch on its side anymore. Wish I hadn’t gone to be honest. The only money I didn’t waste was my tip to my server. The food was a waste of time.
7/20/22 when we first walked in I notice their were a lot of tables that haven’t been cleaned and some of the staff walking around and leaning up against the bar. The dining room area was definitely a mess. Despite the fact seen before my eyes I still gave them a shot and it was 4/5. My waiter was “Corey” very polite and overall great attitude. There was a couple of thing that kept getting left behind so we had to keep requesting these items over and over again. He was also training another employer and I understand you forget or things her overwhelmed. He was great and my food was as well. I do think cleanliness in the restaurant could of been better.
