This is the most disgusting place I have been. We ordered curbside with a fly in my wife’s rice that was seemingly days old. There were other errors to our order that were irrelevant compared to my sandals literally sticking to the floor when going in the curbside entrance. This place has not been cleaned in years and I was sickened that I let my kids eat their cheese pizzas after going back to speak with a manager.
10 minutes at the table before server even greeted us, another 15 minutes before we got the waters we ordered. Water had black dots and paper floating around in it. Food came out 30 minutes later (we’ve now been here 55 minutes). Food was cold and gross. Server has been to our tables 3 times so far. Keep in mind they were not busy and our server had only one other table at this point. We had to ask the bartender to get us a manager. We explained the situation and manager basically told us well I’m sorry about that and walked off. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
Last night me and my friend went to go get some holiday drinks and to have dinner. The appetizer was ok spinach artichoke dip was cold and tasted like it came out of a can. The main course was also cold. The mac & cheese with the honey barbecue chicken tasted like the chicken had been marinating in the honey for four weeks. It was entirely to sweet (i love sweet and savory). Also the chicken I got was rubbery and cold. The whole meal made my stomach hurt that night and most of the next day. Hope this helps…
Little get for dinner the meal was nice the waiter, very courteous and attentive dessert was excellent.
We were traveling through Benton late and we wanted something besides bar food or Waffle House and this Applebee’s just happened to be open. We were pleasantly surprised! Our food was excellent and our server (don’t remember her name for sure but think it was Tiffany or started with a T) did an outstanding job taking care of us.
The food lately has been on point dining in. Tonight we had it door dash and it was perfect. Great job guys Taylor is my favorite! ❤️❤️ ????????
Had the best experience at Applebees in Benton after our family Christmas pictures. The manager, John, was wonderful and made sure our meal was perfect! Thank you so much for everything! Our server Kay, was also very attentive & friendly!
Stopped in for dinner, sat at the bar, ordered from the bartender, a man brought my asian salad out, minus three quarters of the items that were supposed to be on the salad. I inquired she snatched up the salad and said, okay, okay, I got it! Never apologized, nor did anyone else.
So I didn't leave a tip, first time in my life, when my plan was to leave a nice christmas tip. Waiters and waitresses wise up and apologize for someone's mistake.Don't treat me like I was the one that expected too much!!!
