I love this place! And my family too… all the plates are delicious, the appetizers are so good and after 10 pm are half price. The ribs and sirloins are amazing.
After a long day of work I wanted to get something to eat and take it home, So I put in a call in order to Applebee's in Stone Mountain for a Parmesan steak with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I made the call in order around 7:30. They told me we'll be ready by 7:50. I get to the restaurant around 7:40 and decided to sit down and get me a little drink while I wait. I'll just say this I never got to drink and an hour later my food came out and it was cold and dry. Look at this steak in the picture. You tell me if that looks appetizing.
Honestly was a terrible experience entirely. The drinks took too long and our server messed up our food so we had to wait even longer. Watching people who got there 15/20 minutes after us get their food and finish it was ridiculous. The server was apologetic for messing up our order but after waiting over an hour for two chicken sandwiches was unacceptable. I asked for an itemized receipt and it seemed like the manager didn’t want to give it to me. Told her what happened with our experience and she didn’t even care. Don’t know how she’s in management. Got our drinks in at 4:37 we didn’t get our food till 5:50. We got there at 4:30. It wasn’t even busy just stay away from this place and just go to a different restaurant or different Applebees. They do NOT care.
Service was reasonable. The place does not look clean and the dinning area smells a little inside. Food was less than average and expensive. . Ordered a bacon ranch sandwich. Definitely not a signature sandwich and not better than fast food quality wise. Greasy meat and fries, very thin slices of bacon, lecture was not fresh. Not worth 14 bucks. Hope this feedback can lead for improvements.
The drinks were great! I ordered the Perfect Patron Margarita. Also Jasmine B. is an amazing bartender and made the experience very enjoyable for us. Very kind and knowledgeable of the menu.
Tiffany was very attentive she made my experience Sunday a good one. Everything was fresh and hot. I want to thank Tiffany for going above and beyond to ensure that me and my families dining experience was perfect. Her genuine hospitality and impeccable service made all the difference. She also knew the menu and offered great recommendations.
We came in after we went to Netherworld which was unfortunately an hour before closing (sorry staff) but we had beautiful Miss Akia as our server and she was wonderful. We were a party of about 12 and some of us requested a lot of stuff throughout the hour, and she made the effort to go back and forth and make sure she got everything.
There were a few people who came to help her bring stuff out as well which was nice to see the supportive environment she works with. The only thing I didn't like as much were the fries because it seemed like they were old, but we also came in later so it could be the kitchen was closing. The impossible burger I got was absolutely delicious!!
As a server myself, I appreciated Akia as our waitress. She was never rude despite how busy our party was, and stayed patient and attentive to get her job done. If you're reading this, your efforts didn't go unnoticed Akia and I'm thankful we got you after a tiring night at Netherworld. Some of us were not feeling our best and you helped end the night with great service. Thanks again for taking our table and attract the money you deserve for your hard work!
William C. Was amazing. During the time we came, he was the only server. I enjoyed his bright personality. He was very positive and attentive. Thanks to him I will be coming back. Shout out to William C. My new favorite. If he’s not here, I’m not eating ????
