The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. I loved the variety on the menu, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it perfect for a casual meal. Definitely recommend for a quick, tasty bite
It was the best customer service I ever had they were making up for the bad experience I had thank you Mary Ellen me and my friend had a very good food and service you made my day so I'm very pleased with everything thank u I got bourbon chicken she got the salmon she offered us desert but I didn't want to overdo it I just came for the service that I wanted from the get-go so thank you again I will definitely come back again good service is the most to me I don't care what price I pay
I stopped in on a busy Friday night, and there were no seats available at the bar. A young lady said I could just sit at a table near the bar, which I did. I sat there for 14 minutes, and nobody came to my table for any service. No water. No drink. No sale.
I left, and nobody missed me.
My daughter and I ordered burgers which came out overcooked. Our burgers were quickly remade and quickly delivered. They ended up being delicious. The manager and my server were very friendly.
I was a little disappointed.
The restaurant was not kept to their best standard. Cleanliness wise.
Also I ordered a medium rare steak, it was served well done. I didn't even return it. And the portion is much smaller than what I'm used to.
Not just this branch. Also another, in the state of California.
Visited on Veterans day. Was given a free meal, a Budweiser and 5 dollar gift card. Applebee's rocks patriotism.
We went to have dinner at this location late on a Friday night. The place was a mess and quite dirty with several pieces of paper and other trash on the floor. It looked as if a party had just finished.
We requested a booth and were told there were none available even though we could see several empty booths. Not a big deal, but something to note, especially because a family left a booth right next to the table we were given as we were sitting down.
We ordered a burger, chicken tenders and cole slaw, a salad, fries and some other items.
The food was not very good overall. Not quite the quality you would expect from a restaurant like this. Cole slaw was horrible, the burger was saggy and poorly prepared, and so on.
In addition due to the fact that the AC was on and quite cold, the food good cold very quickly and the overall experience was not very comfortable.
The waiter was nice and polite.
Overall a very dissatisfying experience at this location. Since I have been an Applebee's customer for a long time, I feel this is a location-related experience.
Had a much needed lunch with family. The waitress was so amazing, knowledgeable & very friendly! I ordered the current special all you can eat. She made sure i was informed of what it entailed an was on top of bringing out each item quickly.
