We had a large party and called ahead. There were no issues immediately being seated upon arrival. They quickly took care of us and and within 15 minutes we had our food piping hot. The drinks tasted delicious and everything was fair priced. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

we ordered 3 quesadillas burgers 2 came out were fine and one came out completely raw, we sent it back and no change at all, don’t go here after 10o clock, cooks are ass, shouldn't have had to pay for it but we did, there was raw meat still in the plate after they “remade it”
I tried one of their "specialty" dishes, the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey mustard chicken.
The chicken was decent enough, but the penne pasta was cold and had no flavor. The "cheeses" tasted like they put some powdered cheese in the water they boiled the noodles in and used that as a sauce.
Not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't that.
We showed up just right after 11. There weren't very many cars in the parking lot. Didn't think wait time or getting our food would take long. Walked in, there was one table full. It took 5 minutes before we were ever greeted to be sat. Once we were sat, it took several minutes before the waitress was back to greet us/get our drink order.
It appeared the waitress was the only one waiting/seating people. No fault to her! The wait of everything was absolutely ridiculous. There were other workers standing around and appeared to not be concerned that the one waitress was being overworked.
We will not be back.
Food is blah. Family of six. Took 45 minutes for my husband to get a chicken burger. Manager finally brought it with no apology even after I commented we waited 45 minutes for the chicken burger. They did take it off the ticket but, the Manager should have said something. We're used to better service.
Worst experience of my life. We went in with my husband and two other couples, where the men were all drinking but none of us women were. However, upon leaving the restaurant, standing in the parking lot talking a cop shows up. Apparently the server called the cops on us knowing that only the men were drinking. Even so, how does it give him the right to call the police? My husband had one drink, and the other two men had one and the last one a beer and a mixed drink. Not nearly enough to impair their driving, even though they weren't driving anyway. We drove 40 minutes out of our way to go there to eat that night, which ended up being a total waste of our time. We got harassed by the cop upon leaving, he literally followed me into another parking lot where I pulled in the turn around, following so closely that if I were to hit my breaks he would have hit me. I don't appreciate this at all and I know we will never go here again. They clearly work with the police to try and get people for DUI, however, as I stated all of us women were driving and not one of us had anything to drink. So it was a waste of their time. As far as how the food came out, it was not cooked to standard as I requested it and I wasn't even able to eat it. I ordered a well done hamburger and got it still pink on the inside. I will forever remember this experience and it's honestly ruined eating at Applebee's all together for me.
Cooks never know how to cook a steak right, always take 3 or 4 trips back until it's finally to the point of not caring anymore, or finally right. Staff is horrible, never attending the tables, leaving drinks empty most of the time, and never coming back to check on you. Overall, andover Applebee's is a hardcore skip if you are looking for decent food.
