Wish I could tell you if the food was good or not but we weren’t seated or served so we don’t know! we walked in behind to men who waited to be seated or even acknowledged and they left. We moved up to the front desk and waited and waited. No acknowledgment. The bartender looked up at us then nothing, another server saw us and nothing. Finally a server I believe was named Samantha ( or an S name) she Literally walked right by us, looked me in the eye and kept walking. No smile, no “someone will be right with you “ nothing! we left! People wonder why restaurants are going out of business! This is why!
Really bad meal. The service was the only redeeming quality. We had to squeeze in a quick meal before heading to the hotel. Should have picked something else.
Dissapointed in the food. The guy taking care of us did okay but everything was out of sorts.
The appetizer came out after the meal, chips were literally so old they couldn't be eaten, and the rest of the food was just okay. Bad choice.... avoid this one folks.
Its always good as long as your not a crappy customer ..im cool with the speedy service always nice always cool the waitress's are doing a fine job...DONT FORGET TO TIP thats gow they make a living
This is Tristan. Applebee’s has terrible service. I asked for the all you can eat buffalo wings and received the wrong flavor. When I asked the waitress for the correct flavor of wings, she gave me someone’s refill of wings (as an alternative) with only 4 wings (you’re supposed to receive 6+ wings in the initial order). So at this point it was past 9 o’clock and I want to go home, so I asked them for a to go plate to which they replied yes. I then waited over 20 minutes for them to finally come back and say they can’t do a to go plate. So I said that I waited over 20 minutes and paid $24 (I tipped $6)for 4 wings? To which they replied that I can eat them there (it was past 9:30 at this point). So I ended up going home still hungry and agitated. Terrible experience!
I don't know how this place is still open. My pasta dish was cold, the pasta was dry and there was very little sauce. The chicken was luke warm. If there was any Tequila in my margarita it wasn't any more than a teaspoon full. The waitress was great. She was friendly and checked on us several times.
The worst Applebee’s I've ever visited. Bar and dining room only had like 6 tables. The staff spent their time away from customers, on their phones, talking loudly in the back of the house, etc. The entry of guests were upset that no one was there to greet and seat them resulted in one man walking back to back to break up the staff talking loudly about personal issues.
I doubt Destiny the bartender has ever had any training in bar skills or customer service. Oh, the limes were brown and back of bar disgusting.
30 minutes to get a drink order right. 1 hour and still no food. Horrible service. This place needs to either close up shop or hire better people. Starting with firing the manager.
Service was good. The building itself needs some good deep cleaning and updates. One person in our group opened a menu to find a dead ????. They apologized and told us how they were going to take care of the issue ???? Let's hope they do more than that.
