The service here was awesome. Our server was Gloria Mendoza, she was amazing. Kept our drinks filled, food came out fast and desserts were nice and hot and perfect.
We have 2 tables but she managed it all with ease. The blue Aloha Mana margarita was delicious too. The Brownie was delicious too topped with ice cream.
Went in there and the waitress was in a bad mood since the beginning, kept getting our order wrong and would get mad when we asked for our food and drinks. When she noticed i didn’t touch my food (because she didnt get it right) she asked if she could bring me a different plate or take it off my ticket, mind you she only said it because she noticed we were already upset and didnt want to touch the food. We understand people make mistakes but the fact that she had an attitude the whole time is what made us mad. If they dont like their job then they should quit (:
This chain has changed little in the decades since it started. I continue to be disappointed in the food. No salt used on the meat before cooking the burgers. The old, old bourbon street flavor is good but rather well worn. I am surprised that there have been many changes over all this time.
Walking in everything was clean. There was not many customers but the staff seemed incredibly busy at first and wasn't attentive. We ordered appetizers and they came at the same time as our main courses so Id say there is a bit of issue with management and time management, we were in around 6-7 pm. We got a different waiter once we were placing our orders and he was pleasant and attentive. The kitchen forgot a couple of things or he did, not sure which, but he noticed when he got to the table with food and eventually brought us everything we ordered. The food was what you would expect I suppose, nothing fancy. However I expected a little bit more quality because the price of each meal. My Alfredo sauce tasted like it was from a jar and it was not very flavorful, the chicken was underseasoned and a dry. Everything else I tasted I quite enjoyed, basic assortment of fried foods i think it'd be difficult to mess up. We had a cocktail as well it was alright the flavor was not great but not bad either. Overall it was a good experience though and I thank the staff members for their service. Given the pricing and quality I don't think I will return anytime soon but maybe will try again and update my review.
Dec 12th 930 pm we walked in. I was frustrated as soon as I walked in front door the young Mexican usher last night at the front door was pretty anxious to go home or something. I parked my truck in a spot out side and wanted to sit there and asked politely to have that section but she said it was "closed" but yet there was a entire family of like 5 people sitting in that corner and they even left the same time we did... I spend alot of money on my vehicles, and yes maybe im protective of them, but this is 47th and Broadway on a side of town where things can happen. It wasn't completely empty in there... people were spread around through the place... Next time honor the customers request and dont make it look obvious that you want to go home early. Getting past all of that the food was pretty good, the waitress was very nice and she checked on us often. Just wish people would just let us sit where we want when there's plenty of room in the place to do so. ???? it's not the most expensive restaurant in the world.
Fantastic service! The food was delicious! I had to ask to speak to the manger to tell them how great the service was! All the interactions from the moment I stepped through the door were 5 star worthy! The host greeted me with a smile and the server went above and beyond to make sure my food was good and I was doing alright. The manger on duty was Michelle and she stopped by my table and was making sure everything was tasting good and to my liking! 10 out of 10 recommend!
First time in.... those who like sports on TV, they have bunches of tvs! We went during less crowded and lil still loud for me, yea sensitive to sounds... so I imagine gets crazy at times! Lady serving us was great. Happy, upbeat... The potatoes were awesome, fish a bit greasy, good tea and lemonade!
Got the all you can eat wings. Took the waiter 15 min to bring me silverware after he dropped off the food. Then they never once picked up the plates or refilled the drinks the manager seen me at the par getting refills several times
