I’ve been to this location a few times already and had no issues before. But I got the new Crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries and I wasn’t too impressed with it. The chicken was very thick, and definitely required additional cooling time before making it to my table. When I say hot, I mean hot temperature wise. Thank you for the super fresh chicken, but it honestly killed the sandwich. It was still oozing hot oil every time I’d try to bite it. I even cut it in half and it still didn’t help cooling it down. The chicken breast overpowered any flavor it had on it, which made it taste like a bland chicken sandwich. Recommending the location just not the sandwich.
Went for the all you can eat and was not disappointed....started with the shrimp it came with fries and coleslaw. After tried the garlic parmesan boneless wings, fantastic then Asian sweet riblets absolutely delicious. Our drinks, Blue aloha mana margarita and a "Mock" Mai Tai. We were at the Applebee's at Eastlake. Our waitress was Gabby (training) she did an awesome job ????????
Our experience was pretty good, food was yummy. Our server was prompt and friendly, although this place seems its under staff since I saw many dirty tables. Nether less we got sitter promptly.
I do recommend the sugar donut dipppers, they didn’t have any Cinnabon mini swirls. ????.
Overall yea I would eat here again.
The food was as expected, the service was good, but the place could have used some cleaning. I even considered leaving after seeing how dirty the place was. I know the staff was busy, but management should consider hiring extra hands to at least keep the place looking like a dump.
Been to Applebees several times now. The location is perfect as it services the area of Horizon. The atmosphere entering Applebees is great with some good music in the background. We are generally greeted upon entering which is a huge plus!
During this visit, I had the all you can eat boneless wings. They start you off with 6 then 4 every-time after that. Good thing is you’re able to order your next set of wings once you get your order. I tried the Buffalo (my fav), the Asian Chile, and the honey pepper. The honey pepper was definitely not good in my opinion.
Service was average, although I didn’t get a refill, the service was ok. Our server was friendly and helpful during our visit. Definitely busy since it was a school fundraiser. Applebees is always great to hang out with family. Has gotten quiet expensive but overall the food is good and service is good as well.
One hour to sit, one hour for food to be served. Server was great, food not so much. It’s a bummer to wait so long just for food to be over cooked. Quesadilla were soggy. My kids chicken was hard and dry. Also wouldn’t recommend the kids pizza.
The orders took forever and it wasn't even packed, the waitress brought us wrong orders, and the food was dry and cold. The manager also has a slight attitude.????
Food was good, service was OK-ish..
We had gone around noon on a weekday and there was hardly any people. It took about 5-10 mins to have someone come by and asked what we wanted to drink. Another 5-10 mins to get our drinks and same timeframe for to order food/receive our food. We almost felt like a bother/so out of place.. There was plenty of staff members so we weren’t sure what was the issue.
The only good thing about the place was the beer. Nice and cold. ☺️
