Very clean and nice! Our server Taylor was friendly and our food and drinks came out quickly! My husband got the ribs - they were tender and tasty! I got the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli - it was delicious ????
Great service. Our waitress was super nice and friendly, drinks were on point, but food was made on old burned oil, we have been in too many Applebee's around the country but never had an experience like this one.
Food was affordable, drinks were perfect (cheers to you Keely ;-) but good lort that STENCH. We've been one and a half times this month; we were there a little while ago and managed to choke down our drinks despite an odd odor permeating the restaurant, but had to box up our burgers to go. Keely apologized sincerely and promised the stink was being addressed soon, what an angel...
That was awhile ago, yesterday we came back AND THE SMELL WAS WORSE!!! So we turned around and left.
My wife & I have been here twice in the last week. This Applebee's is great! The servers have been great! Tonight we had Katherine (4/1/2024) she was so great. Checked on us when needed, top water off when glasses were half full, she allowed us to take our time & not rush us like most servers like to. I understand you want to flip tables for tip purposes but allow your tables to relax & some of those folks (like us) will tip you handsomely to show their appreciation. Katherine was definitely that type of server & she was amazing at her job. We hope she enjoyed her nice tip.
The food, drinks & desserts were all great as well! Fresh! Tasteful! Cooked as asked. This Applebee's has become mine & my wife spot to come eat & drunk.
Visited tonight with my two kids and my husband. My daughter has an egg allergy so I just asked if they could avoid mayo on her plate (we ordered a burger.) To my surprise, the manager (Cody) came to our table to let us know that they were aware of her allergy and were taking all necessary precautions. My mama heart wanted to hug him and all the allergy moms will relate. Our waitress Corlyn was so attentive during our meal and made sure we always had drinks and was the one to inform everyone about my daughter’s allergy. She was polite and made us feel very welcome. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal and I felt very comfortable feeding my daughter here. The food was delicious and quickly served. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful meal!
Food was ok but when I ordered onion rings I literally got only 5, they were out of pina colada mix which I thought was weird for a restaurant. I don't think it was worth 85 for 2 kids meals half a rack of ribs and burger. They also charge 3.99 if you want a side of anything else other then fries. Place was also dirty inside and out definitely needs a paint touch up or a whole remodel.
We had mozzarella cheese sticks and artichoke spinach dip for appetizers. We ordered Chicken Strips with French Fries, and A Bourbon Swiss Cheese Burger ???? with fries ????! The food was Very Good and Jeff our server did an Excellent Job! This Definitely a Good Experience!
The food was good. The boneless wings were not like they used to be. There was no crunch and over sauced, so it was soggy. The BBQ sauce also tasted different than before. We haven't been to an Applebee's in a while, so much to our surprise, we were charged for extra sauces like ranch, salad dressing and etc. We weren't warned ahead of time of the charges, and it showed up on the bill. Ok, fine, you charge now, but let us customers know, especially when it's a face you never seem before. I'm just saying..
