Issac was an excellent waiter, he was very polite, attentive, and the atmosphere was great! Felt comfortable, best spot for a late night talk. Thank you Issac for making us so comfortable!
My husband and I went for the All you can Eat $15.99 ribs and boneless chicken. We got our order which was fine. Our server was the bartender and everything else. She placed our second order. Thirty minutes later it's still not at my table . I live three hours away and I was done. Took it to go. My husband got three small ribs with our meal and this was his second rib request. One riblet. Seriously. I had hoped for a better experience. It was our anniversary. Pizza Ranch next trip to Pueblo.
Alisha, our server, was so very friendly, efficient and dependable. The manager came over and made sure all was as expected and to see if we needed anything more. The food is good and received in a timely manner. Overall experience was very good and recommend this restaurant
I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine dish, to go, and received little Alfredo sauce. What a disappointment. I work in the same shopping center, but will not order there again. Plenty more options in Pueblo.
My Waiter was Isaac, He was a very nice young man with a positive attitude. He was very attentive and polite always checking up on my table and asking questions about the food and drinks. Isaac answered all questions I had about the menu and was very informative. Will definitely be requesting his service in the future!
Our waitresses Maria was amazing she gave us amazing service. I'm not a big fan of Applebee's most times. But she was on top of things and the food was pretty good this time. We are definitely coming back because of her.
This is not ok. I can’t stand restaurants that let food like this out the door. I get burning food but you don’t send it out to a customer to eat. Ordered steak to go and they thought it was ok to send this home with someone who is expecting edible food. The chicken is also overcooked and the shrimp is undercooked.
Our server ordered the wrong wings, when she brought them out she never returned to check on us. I had to get up and ask another server for to go boxes. Our server was in the kitchen the whole time we were there. The restaurant wasn't busy and 2 other tables in the bar section where we were were complaining about the service also.
