Best WLM Reviews
We were a party of 10. They were very accommodating. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed but did her best. Food was a mix of awesome and meh depending on who had what. But overall we enjoyed our visit.
I love Kalla and the hostess upfront. I would’ve given 4 stars but the manager a woman tall who wears a mask walked right passed us a black family and proceeded to ask other customers how their experience was. We were the only black people in there other than Kalla. That didn’t sit well at all!! Other than the managers poor customer service , I had a great experience!
Our server Heather was outstanding. She was courteous and kind. She was prompt, professional and efficient.
She had many tables yet kept the pace in a proficient and pleasant manner. A real asset to Applebee’s. Just one negative thing. We went on Tuesday Burger Night and our burgers were quite salty. The restaurant was very busy so we didn’t say anything, however this will not change our opinion of Applebee’s. Their food is always very good. The Milford Delaware restaurant is clean and run proficiently and their wait staff are excellent.
Came in for lunch the other day and I could not be more satisfied!! The host named Candice was so polite and accommodating she even held the door for us, she made some recommendations on appetizers and drinks which I must say, were top notch!! And the burger I had was incredible! 10/10 i will definitely be back again and I’m bringing the whole family
Seated quickly. Very friendly. Amber our server was very pleasant and helpful, food came out sooner then expected
My partner order the 2 $20, both got the Chicken Alfredo pasta and the pasta has little to non Alfredo sauce. Very disappointed because I am pregnant and wanted to enjoy my meal.
The food was good and our waitress was very friendly and attentive.
Not sure who was the manager on shift, but they ran a tight ship. The restaurant was in excellent shape. Clean and welcoming. My server Lakalla did a fantastic job. Very attentive, right there if there were anything needed. Definitely return trip.
