RoseMarlle was cake, the frosting, and the cherry on top. She is a beautiful and wonderful person. Conversation flows easily, highly attentive, and her energy overshadowed the atmosphere. We were in good hands. That goes for anyone that is lucky enough to have her as their server! If you see this, Thank you for making our experience enjoyable!
This is the absolute worst Applebees I have ever been to. There were 4 customers at the bar and maybe 4 tables with customers. I waited about 10 minutes to be seated. There was no one to wait my table once i finally was seated, so the manager asked if we wanted any drinks. The only problem is, the bartender wasn’t at the bar. Instead, she was on the other side of the restaurant hanging out with her friends. So instead of waiting any longer, I walked out. Never again.
As soon as I walked in to Applebees I already knew it was going to be tough. The host and server were as complaining about their schedules. Okay we are all humans we have a right to speak among of our selves fine but no greeting or neither to the other guest that walk in. So the host said it is a 15-30 mins wait. I said that is fine we will be back. Myself and my wife went to 5ive and below and came back. My name was crossed out and had to wait another 10 mins. We finally got seated and was ready to order. Server came forgot his name but we was ready to order everything. We ask the server a question about the burbon street chicken and he stated he’ll get a manager over to explain to you. He left to get a manager. He left and ran food for another table and did the same for another. After dropping food l for the second table he came back and told me manager will be with you shortly. It’s been 7mins. 7 mins waiting for the manager to come just to ask tell me something about a dish I want to order. On top of that the server didn’t offer us water or drinks even take our appetizer orders. I am A General Manager in the hospitality industry and a I am a regular at this Applebees cause I go to Costco a lot and stop here to eat . And the service keeps getting worse. It’s been 10mins now and the manager never came the server never came back or acknowledged me. So me and my wife got up and left.
Not bad for lunch, but I probably would have enjoyed myself if I was there in the evening
Second visit at an Applebee's .... first was at queens center mall and this one.... food is decent nothing blew me away to give the feel like im eating out and having food prepared better than my home cooked meals. Service was terrible but its not that the server was bad.... He was good but poor guy was alone. Atmosphere... our table lighting was so dim that the torch in my phone was used to read the menu. Sorry Applebee's you failed me.
What a horrible experience today ???? Watched the bartender stand around meanwhile I've been waiting for my drink for a hot minute. Food finally came out and my food was cold. They bring me out new side's, which were also cold ugh. Only took a few bites of my what was suppose to be a warm meal cause it was cold. Mangers idea of helping was taking my drink off the bill and discounting $3.00 on the meal I didn't even eat. (The manager never came to even speak to me) Definitely won't ever return to this place and will be telling everyone not to waste their time or money here
Mostly the food was not up to the mark , when ever people visit the restaurant they looking for the best food. So as a restaurant u have to keep ur mind setup to get 5 star from customer with making them happy. I really don’t like anything in this place .
Waiter was great, food was great but the female manager attitude stinks, she had a problem at which table we sat at. She needs a man to make her happy because she definitely doesn’t like her job.
