Edit.... below is my original post. However I wanted to update this since they have hired new management as well as staff. The food was awesome. They need a couple more employees but they all worked hard to get orders out and take care of everyone. The new manager, (Brooke I think her name was...) worked hard and greeted us. She's turning this place around and it's a good place to go! So with that said, here is my older post below, and the current one now to contrast. It's a great place food it good, staff were very welcoming.
Old post: Tables were sticky and had crumbs. Not just ours but all within eye sight. The waiter dropped a drink behind us and left the pile of ice on the floor. The manager then saw it and told her " this can't be left like that" her response? "Why not"? We waited for almost an hour for our during a slow period, with only 3 other tables occupied. The burgers were really pink inside and the steak we ordered "rare" was thoroughly cooked. Our visit was on 6-22-24 at about 300 p.m.
Went here for dinner tonight, had minimal expectation but guess what ? I kinda liked this place . I took Bourbon street chicken & Shrimp ; it came with mashed potatoes & it tasted good. In my opinion for the price the amount of Shrimp is little less .
My husband took Southwest chicken bowl ; he just had to add some salt & pepper with the rice then it tasted really good . Amount wise good too .
We took classic French fries too , it was crispy enough & well seasoned.
Kellsei was our server & she is nice . But they need more servers for sure .
Well this place could use some cleanliness , may be some good aroma ! Our table was apparently clean but greasy. I felt the oiliness on my skin.
I had their Southwest Chicken Bowl. Pretty good deal for 13 bucks. Though my wife’s Chicken and Shrimp dish lagged a bit in terms of quantity to price ratio.
They were a bit late in serving, there are scopes to improve in cleanliness of the tables. Apart from these, pretty a good place for good food and dine in.
I went last night with my husband. The food was okay. Took a long time. We had two servers waiting on us. One training the other. The service was so wonderful. We inquired at the end of our meal who was training who… to our surprise the significantly stronger server said she was getting trained and that it was her FIRST day. That was wild to me. she was absolutely amazing. But her and the guy she was with did a really amazing job at team work and bounced off each other well. Thank you both so much and hope you get deserving recognition.
If you have your steak redone, check your bill before paying to make sure you are not being charged for the meal twice. It wasn't a problem getting it taken off. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. The service was really great!
Service from our waitress was awesome. What I did not like was the glass preference for my beer. Stella is expensive, and what makes the flavor of that drink so good is the glass it's supposed to be served in. Why are you selling it in tall glasses?
Disappointed. I stood at the front entrance where it says to be seated for 10 minutes without getting acknowledged or asked if I needed help. A server walked past me twice to take food and drinks to a table without saying a word to me. It was not busy, and I gave ample time to allow a staff member to take my carry out order. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Please address this issue so it does not happen again to future customers. I hope this is helpful to better your establishment.
Me and my fiance went on a date here. It was really dirty. There was food all over the floor and the table was dirty. The place was dead, there were very few customers. We waited over 30 minutes just to get our two margaritas we ordered. The waitress kept apologizing that everything was taking so long but that didn't really change anything. The drinks were disgusting, they had to have been made incorrect. The food was ok. I wasn't expecting much since they don't have a lot of vegetarian options. We just ordered multiple appetizers to split as a "meal". Definitely won't be going back.
