Best WLM Reviews
A big part of my reviews are ALWAYS service. Always. This location was very friendly & welcoming. Food was cooked perfectly. Slightly salty, but I don't know what Applebee's that isn't. Still 5 stars. Food was enjoyable and yummy. The crew seem to have good communication and nice chemistry. Nice relaxing meal after a long day. Food delivered in a timely manner. Would recommend. Would revisit. Probably the best location I've visited from here to MN.
Waitress was so helpful and super friendly! Other staff that brought out food was also a pure delight. The food was excellent! Would happily dine here again!
The Applebees in Quincy Illinois on broadway street has excellent service and great food. I would highly recommend eating there if you get the chance. The staff is nice and the servers check to see if you need anything quite frequently. The food is hot and cooked very well. 5 stars all the way
I was stopping in from out of town and arrived at this Applebees an hour before close with a group of 6 people. Despite this our server, Gretchen, reassured that it was a pleasure to serve us. She periodically checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed it. Half way through our dinner the manager Donald S. came to check how our meal had gone. He engaged in small talk about our Ecoline van parked outside. When we asked about the appetizer that we thought was supposed to be half off, he explained that that appetizer was not supposed to be discounted but honored it. Great Applebee’s experience! Would recommend going here.
Applebee’s knows how to fuel a winning team! After a tough match, our soccer squad needed good food, good vibes, and a place to unwind. Applebee’s delivered on all fronts. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming, handling our big group with ease and keeping the energy upbeat (just like our game!). The food hit the spot—juicy burgers, sizzling fajitas, and enough wings to keep even our striker full. Plus, the endless fries? Definitely gave us the boost we needed!
Special shoutout to our server, who kept up with our team's post-game banter and made sure our drinks were never empty. We'll definitely be back for a victory meal after our next win! Thanks, Applebee’s, for keeping our spirits (and stomachs) high! ⚽????????
We visited Applebee's in Quincy with a large group, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our large party was seated quickly and comfortably. We were never left thirsty, the waters were crisp and quenched our thirst. When we needed extra bbq sauce, it came asap with a smile and calling us madam. For the main course, I tried the Fiesta Lime Chicken, which was a standout with its zesty lime flavor and perfectly grilled chicken. Overall, Applebee's delivered great food and top-notch service, making our gathering a memorable one. Can’t wait to try the salmon next! #riseup #utp
The 2 for $30 was a great deal. My food was phenomenal and the service was out of this world and on top of everything. Definitely coming back next time we are here. The atmosphere is like no other and we appreciate the hard work and dedication from the workers. #upthepanther #dutd #babypanthers #clawsout
I experienced the most awful customer service last night at the Applebees in Quincy Illinois. After sending back my burger not once but twice raw in the middle when I asked for well done. Manager JORDAN was a rude jerk who would not accomadate my food and charged me for the bill. He claims he gave me four dollars off Screw my time I wasted waiting on two burgers to be cooked. Well Jordan I wont be eating at your store the way you spoke to me was ridiculous and unprofessional. Pictures of the burgers will be going to corporate.
