It's always a fun spot to get a bite and drinks after a long day of shopping on 72. Food and service are always very good and pleasant, the restaurant is always clean as well! I was craving a nice burger and fries, and they did not disappoint. The burger was cooked perfectly and served hot!
Food is ehh, ok. Like any other restaurant of its type. Our server disappeared mid meal and someone else chimed in, which is fine because the original disappeared. Parking was packed but plenty of spaces if you're willing tobwalk.
8.50 for light pours of beefeater? I asked for the best gin receipt said I got beefeater lol. Food was great waitress was great. Not coming back for $8.50 beefeater light pours ????
We just moved to Stafford and this was my first veterans day down here. They treated me like a human! Often up north on veterans day they give me a hard time to even see the veterans day menu because I am female. They saw my hat and knew right away I was there for veterans day. No issue at all they gave me the menu and I got the fiesta lime chicken. It was really good. They also gave me a free beer and a $5 gift card for next time. Our server was really nice, she was good at her job. My husband said to me "this is the first veterans day they didn't give you a hard time." We will be going back. Thank you Applebee's for acknowledging that there are female veterans too.
While I am not from the area, I have been involved in a complex work project down in Beach Haven, and ended up here on two separate occasions over the past two weeks. I must say, after a long and grueling workday..this place hit the spot. I walked in there tired, miserable, and hungry both times..and the staff, service, and food were absolutely outstanding. The server we had last week was attentive, very professional, and had the most angelic smile and personality..very uplifting after a day like I had. My picky/modified order came out perfectly. Repeat on tonight’s stop..where I decided to dine in at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and a very diligent worker..my order was perfect again..my drink refill just seemed to appear when I needed it, didn’t even have to ask! Would just like to add..kudos to the kitchen! Preparation was perfect, and I love the way you got the wrap I ordered to stay together..I’m not referring to the stick going through it..but the mild sear on one side to hold things together, pure genius. I’ve been to other Applebee’s before, closer to home..and they aren’t bad at all..but as far as I’m concerned, this particular place checks all the boxes!! A++
When we walked in the restaurant no one was there to greet us, a few employees looked over at us but no one stopped to just greet us. When we walked over to the bar area, a young kid looked at us and we asked where is the host can we sit at one of the tables and said i don't know where she is let me see if I can find the her. When the girl came up who was the host she had looked at us when we got there and didn't even stop what she was doing, I asked where the host was and she got snippy said I am the host and I have to clean tables and there is a wait list I can add ya to the wait list and it's 15 mins. We got on the list but then waiting she came back up to seat a bigger group and grabbed the folks with her bare hands after wiping a table so unsanitary. WE LEFT WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Efficient, pleasant, and capable staff. Shared the Nachos platter. I had the riblets platter thoroughly enjoyed with a Yeungling. Make a great cup of coffee. Nice atmosphere. Ate at the bar, plenty of booths. Wednesday, 09/25/2024, not crowded. Nice ambiance inside.
We showed up around 2:00 on a Saturday and it was fairly empty. We were seated immediately. I've never used names but are waitress was Cristie.(I hope I got the spelling correct)
Needless she was amazing she was very prompt and very attentive, whenever our drinks ran low she asked if we wanted more she stopped by several times to make sure we didn't need anything. And when the food came out I actually didn't have any complaints both burger was cooked perfectly medium rare, my daughter's riblets came out super tender. I've been a little harsh on some places lately because I felt like they just weren't stepping up their game but this Applebee's definitely stepped their game up. A++
