What a delightful experience. It was not too busy when we dined there between 5-5:30pm.. Our server was nice and friendly.. the other servers seemed to be nice and friendly as well , the manager was too.. I enjoyed eating my French Onion soup and garlic/parmesan chicken chunks.. my overall opinion would be to go here and enjoy a warm, wonderful experience with good food to fill the belly..
Sidenote- I have been here and a couple of other Applebee's and the Chicken Wonton Tacos are sooo tasty..
Traci is the best server. We have had her wait on us several times. Polite efficient and always smiling. She gets our vote
The server needs some deeper training. I had to ask three times in order to get my complete order. Never once did she say she was sorry or even acknowledge that she never got everything I ordered. Then, on the all you can eat feature, it was not worth the money because she never stopped by to make sure more wasn't needed. The food was cold, but I couldn't even ask for different as the server didn't stop and ask.
Something goes wrong every single time we order here. The order is either wrong, cold, missing items, not cooked right, or a mix of the above. I called to speak with a manager recently after my take out order was cooked wrong and missing items. He was very rude, but he did offer to email me a gift card to make up for it. It's been 2 weeks now and still nothing in my email. I checked my spam folder as well. You're better off eating elsewhere in town or going to a different applebees.
We had no idea there was an Applebees here and it was the perfect snack before holiday shopping! Great server/bartender.
I've eaten here 3 times, every time my food has come out cold or wrong. Only reason i even gave it 2 stars was because of the drinks which still was BS because we got there literally 3 minutes before happy hour and the server said sit there and wait.
The food was quite good. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and I liked it very much. The taco salad was alright. The decor is outdated and the restaurant is not very clean, being as many things were dusty and clearly have not been given attention for some time. The setup has not changed for many years. Although, the server we had was very kind and gave the appropriate amount of attention. It wasn't very crowded, but the music was a bit too loud. They do require reservations, although it's not necessary on days that aren't busy.
It was nice, the lady that served me did forget to order my waffle fries and to get my burguer pink, besides that it was awesome!
