Best WLM Reviews
Server was terrible. Heavier set male waiter moved very slow, forgot our drinks and request several times, and didn’t really even seem like he wanted to be here.
The food was great!
Manager was helpful too!
Lauren our servicer was amazing! She was friendly and made sure our drinks was filled the complete time a HUGE plus for our family! The spinach artichoke dip was piping hot and delicious! Kids dinner and adults looked amazing and tasted just as delicious! Great place for the family!
Nice and friendly atmosphere. Chips and queso were good. Liked that they had games for kids. Hamburger was really good and big. We couldn't finish it. 4 stars just because the waitress seemed a little out of it or distracted. She probably was just having a bad day. She was nice though.
Everything was great all around .
Service, employees, and food 5 ????.
Too much of being called baby by waitress, but no harm done ..
I'd love nothing more than to rate this 5 stars, but I just can't.
Food came out of the kitchen luke warm at best. The chicken was hard as a rock, like it was cooked yesterday and reheated 20 mins before it was brought out to me. I was seriously concerned about food poisoning. Luckily that didn't happen.
The best thing that I had yesterday was the Mountain Dew.
I'll go back because I do like Applebee's, but this last visit was definitely not good.
Waited over an hr after they order was due to be picked up and food was cold spent over 80$ online then when I got home to feed my kids they were so hungry they ate the food not even realizing that it wasn’t even cooked so I’m having to take them to hospital to make sure they don’t have food poisoning because of this I will never eat here ever again horrible food ever watch out they serve uncooked food and don’t pay attention
The salmon fish was a little bit small dry and over seasoned and the slaw was on the small side too. The ribs and fries were delicious and what was great size as always
I spent $124 on drinks for the whole atmosphere and then get cut off when I had a big meal before drinking. And they said APPLEBEES POLICY IS 3 beers only. But broke policy in serving me more than 3 beers and ignored me after I got cut off. And I’m waiting on a food menu to order my food to go. I hope this finds corporate. I was nothing but polite to everyone and sharing my time.
