I was pleasantly surprised with the burger I ordered. On this visit I ordered a "whole lotta bacon burger."
As mentioned by the name this burger had bacon and thanks to Tasha, we were able to enjoy it when instructed to have the bacon extra crispy! Very attentive to detail and recognized that we had finished a soccer game and served us additional drinks ahead of us finishing our first round. Very considerate and really awesome waitressing!
Can't wait to go back after another football win!
I spent $22 on this half slab of ribs. The fries were cold and limp. I paid $4 for an iced tea. A party of 29 came in right before us and used ALL the silverware, so we didn't get any. The waitress brought me 1 paper napkin and 1 wet towelette for ribs!! I was not impressed and definitely won't be back. What restaurant runs out of silverware? I've never seen that happen, and having worked in food service for many years, I find that unacceptable. Applebee's, get it together. We may be in a recession, but the silverware you can get on wholesale would not bankrupt you.

We had an excellent experience. Our total was 78.93, so we left Joel S a $20 cash tip. I thought this 26% tip was pretty generous. Apparently Joel S did not.
Once the balance cleared my bank , an additional $10 was added to our card fraudulently. I immediately reported to my bank and attempted multiple times to speak to a manager, always being told that someone was on vacation and they would get back to me. I have called 4 times with no one ever returning my call for follow up. On our last call, the manager -Chris- did admit to me that “corporate” came in and took the ticket to investigate.
Applebees has yet to take responsibility for Joel’s actions but since they refunded my money to my card, I can only assume they could see an additional $10 was added FRAUDULENTLY.
I will never go to this establishment again and watch out for a Joel S working there or anywhere.
Decent place for lunch. Clean, no waiting, and friendly staff. Food was okay. One adult and two kids was $33 excluding tip.
Came in on a Sunday night and it was fairly empty, we were seated almost immediately and the waitress came over soon after. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was good, and the drinks were nice and cold. Super cheap, we didn’t have to wait long, and we enjoyed our meal so I think this place is a win. The only thing that we didn’t like was how loud the music was but we sat right under the speaker.
My husband and I went for Veterans Day. He is a veteran, so his meal was free.
The service was pretty slow, but it was busy.
My only complaint was my husband's steak. The free lunch was for a 6oz sirloin, and he ordered it medium rare. When we finally got our food, the steak was cooked down to nothing. However, the waitress said we were done and didn't charge for my meal.
So if you go, just don't order the steak.????
My tequila lime chicken was great!
This was a quick Sunday lunch after picking up my kid from her school. We had a long island ice tea and original margarita. She had some buffalo boneless wings, and I had the classic combo with spinach dip, Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, and quesadillas. It was delicious we sat at the bar. Tahadra was our server, and she was attentive and great. Everyone was very friendly. Nice atmosphere, great drinks, and food.
I am a Door Dasher and would never be a customer in here. It's too dirty. I will say the waiting staff yesterday was working hard, stayed busy, took care of the customers. None of them were sitting still or standing around. I would rate them 4-5 stars hands down, but this restaurant is getting a 1-star rating because of the time wasting person at the to-go register.
I walked in and there was a lady and her daughter waiting for their to-go order for 25 minutes at that point. The person that was supposed to work the register is too busy wandering and talking to people while they are trying to eat their meals. She came to the register after I had been there 7 minutes and never went to check to see about when my TIMED order is going to be done. Another Dasher arrived and she had zero info as well. She stayed 10 minutes and unassigned herself so she didn't get violations. I stayed 14 minutes and unassigned so I didn't get violations. While walking out, some guy comes after me telling me here's the food. Too late. I am already off the case. Have a nice day! No communication, no assistance. The register-woman kept going to the kitchen looking like she was doing her job and she wasn't. She was putting the waiting staff's orders in order, ready for delivery. When I left, the lady and her daughter were still waiting for their food 40 minutes.
Today/tonight- walked in, only 1 family was there trying to eat with that same employee talking to them while they are trying to eat. She never came over to the register to ask me about the order. No other people. Waiting staff had nothing to do, but a guy came over and asked if he could help. He couldn't - not his job- he said, "It's hers." Of course, the one not working and doing her job obviously. I turned around, walked out and she was still at the table talking to people when I got in my car - saw her in the window. Don't want to be a cashier for to-go orders? Then quit or they need to fire her.
RESPONSE FOR BELOW REQUEST AT THEIR LINK - THEY DON'T CARE BEASUSE IT WILL NOT LET YOU GET PAST TIME IT HAPPENED. You type six p.m., 6pm, 6 p.m., 6 PM, 6PM, etc. IT'S A SHAM - WILL NOT LET YOU GET PAST THAT AND WILL NOT ALLOW 6 (no am or pm). Every which way you type, it will not let you get past so they don't care about bad customer service, employees that don't do their jobs and/or customers being happy with food and they way they are treated.
