So disappointed. Ordered carbide to go for dinner and ordered the bourbon street steak, medium. Hubby got home with it and his food, and there were no potatoes with it and no sauce on it. I called, they apologized and said they could make a new one. Hubby had just ordered fries as he ate earlier, so he ate those while we waited, then left to go get my replacement. He got home and still no sauce and the steak was beyond well done. At this point, it was past 930 so I just ate it, but very upset that we spent the money on it. Won't be back
Had lunch here with my girlfriend today. I showed up about 15 minutes ahead of her and noticed it was getting busy. I asked to be seated right away and the hostess initially refused, telling me I needed to wait for my full party to arrive before she would sit me. I basically had to muscle her to be seated as I wasn't about to have the seats all fill up and then wait another 20-30min after my girlfriend arrived. The hostess got snippy with me and finally sat me at a booth. On top of that, after we ate, we needed to promptly depart for a scheduled event and our waitress had vanished. Took a while to locate her to pay. They were busy today, and they seemed to be well staffed... however, there seemed to be a lot of chaos. Lots of people running around disorganized.
This was by far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. My party was told 20 minutes for a table after 55 minutes we told them we are leaving they then decided to sit us at a table that was empty the whole time we waited. Once the party sat they rushed us to order. Once we ordered we waited another hour for our food. We got appetizers to share but they never brought plates for us to spilt it up until we finished them. Once we got the food the plates were hot but the food was cold, this tells me it sat out under a heat lamp for a while. To top this whole experience off I watched the manager named Dan flirt with the bar tenders and stand around and not help his staff who clearly needed the help. Everytime I would try and make eye contact to flag him down he would avoid me and go to the back to hide. Over all this establishment should be ashamed of how they let the management run it. Would not recommend to anyone unless you're looking for a bad time with bad food.
We ordered take out on a Friday night… it was ready for us within 30 minutes, which was great! But the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was not cooked whatsoever… absolutely repulsive. Undercooking chicken is never acceptable. We won’t be back to this location.
Can say anything good about this location was asked to wait 20 minutes I am still waiting and everyone that came in behind us has been seated we have 7 in our party and they filled all the large tables with people that came in after us with less people that fit at the table... it more important to this manager to be flrting with the staff then to help...
It was very very good!! The Adult beverages 5☆s the food was delicious!! The ONLY issue that we had was the waitress was constantly at the table from the moment we sat..PUSHING trying to get us out as fast as she can, I was NOT pleased with this, I understand they go by tips but SERIOUSLY.. My husband & I haven't been out in yrs alone together because of our young daughter.. So maybe that's a big reason why I felt a bit offended.. But back on subject, For the amount of the bill we should not have been pushed and pushed.. 80$$ bill on a Friday at 2:30 PM.. It wasn't even supper time and that's when its crazy.. Food was exactly as expected. Service was great! Everyone was very friendly!
Visited with my son, his GF, and some of her family and friends after a graduation. After driving 4.5 hours and knowing we had 4.5 ahead of us to get home, we were ready for some good food. We had a party of 10 people total and the wait for a table was not long at all. Our waiter, I believe his name was Deven, was great. Friendly, checked on us often, even though he was busy. Our food took a bit to come out but not his fault. Overall good experience.
