Stopped in for a late dinner. Place wasn’t crowded and got seated right away. Service was quick. Ordered some 50 cent wings , which came out hot and fresh and actually were very good. Same with rest of meal.
I’m not an Applebee’s fan, but I decided to give it another try. Boy, was that a mistake. I ordered a bacon crispy sandwich, and the crust was awful—it had a sandy taste and looked anything but fresh. Although I didn’t take a picture, it was clear something was off. I requested a different sandwich, opting for grilled chicken this time. While it looked slightly better, I was horrified to discover that part of the chicken was raw when I took a bite. I felt sick to my stomach. And that’s when I realized, I’m never eating Applebees ever again. ????
On the plus side, the waiter and manager were both very nice and apologetic. They even offered a free dessert to make up for the situation, but I declined because I just wanted to leave. It’s a shame, really—the food here is consistently terrible, but the staff is great.
Came in for Lunch with my cousin. Alison (Big Al) was our server. She was very proficient, cheerful, informative and respectful. We loved her. Sending her way all the best ratings. We’ll be back soon and hope to have her again.

I went here with my husband and baby girl to have an early dinner one night. The staff was extra nice to us. Waitress service from Leila, was great!! She was so sweet and attentive to us. Another sweet waitress, was Allison. She came over to talk to us about their Breakfast with Santa they host in December. She wanted to let me know about it since she saw that my daughter loves music and was so much fun, waving to the staff here and dancing. We are looking forward to seeing both of them at the breakfast with Santa!! Check it out, the money goes to the Save a Heart Donation too, such a great time to give to others this time of year.
10/10 customer service was amazing they were quick, no complaints. She was very friendly and helpful, Alison made the experience a lot better. I love the suggestions she gave us when we asked.She was awesome, the food came out great, it was delicious. If you come to this location ask for Alison. Everything was smooth and great.
I recently dined at Applebee's and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was perfect, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The menu offered a great variety of options, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The appetizers were delicious, the main courses were flavorful and satisfying, and the desserts were simply divine. The service was prompt and friendly, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Applebee's for a wonderful meal and a great time. Five stars all the way!!
It is what you would expect to see at a typical Applebee’s. I felt the place was not that clean and the decor is extremely old. It has not been updated in many years.
The food was not absolutely the best, but it was not terrible. The best thing we ordered was a crispy chicken sandwich. I had ordered some chips and queso, and to be honest the queso was extremely watery and not tasteful at all. The buffalo bites were covered in sauce, and not very full of meat.
Rita was my server always smiling excited to welcome guest. I’m very helpful with my order was cold. She took it back brought it back fresh hot and the service was immaculate. Very sweet.
