Waiting 45 minutes no hostess. Finally got a table. The waitress was nice. The food was hot. Bon appetit. The food was good. A great Sunday with the family.

SHAME ON YOU APPLEBEE'S!!!I
was Very Blown away that This Applebee's served our meals with a PLASTIC WRAPPER WITH PLASTIC FOOD UTENSILS!!! I inquired why they were using plastic and the response was "people ask for plastic so we just serve that now". I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED and will reconsider eating at Applebee's from here on our!!! First off How does this Help our Out of Control Plastic dependency n Climate issues? I won't tell you how difficult it was to eat a steak the first day using a plastic knife!
However the
Food was Great, and adequate temperatures. Went 2 days in a row, 2 Separate servers and Both servers acted annoyed we were there, slow for service and made us reluctant to even ask anything. Refills were slow if at all.
I just left Applebee's and it makes me sad. Please don't offer carside service if you don't have it. I walk in and the manager was pretty rude. I get home and the burger is mushy and inedible. Tried to eat it with a fork and it falls apart. It doesn't even taste like meat. We already don't have many restaurants on this side of the city. Please upgrade!
MRS/MS. MAKEETA our server was EXCELLENT! We had a party of about 20-25 Graduation celebrations for our scholars. She was A-MA-ZING! the food was well prepared. My older son mentioned the riblets were a little tough. But all in all we enjoyed ourselves and had a wondertime. The service was outstanding. Kudos to the manger that helped out and the other server as well. We did not have to wait long either. We normally come to this location anyway. Will be back again.
My husband and I were traveling thru, and we stopped at this location . We go to a lot of them all over the states, but this location is by far the best location I've been to. Our server Sade was amazing! The food was out of this world. I mean, the chicken was fork tender, I tell you! The atmosphere was on point from the music and to all the amazing people, which made me feel like I was at home. Most definitely coming back here when we come back thru for the next holiday. To the manager Mr. Williams, who even came and greeted us, showed us most sincerest hospitality. If you had a bad experience here, you should come back and give them a 2nd chance. Guys stay amazing & see yall next holiday.
Decent food, steak was cooked perfectly to order, and the server was very nice.
Minus one star for giving me plastic cutlery to eat a steak. I did get a real knife when I asked for it.
Minus one star for forgetting to microwave the mash potatoes. They were roughly refrigerator temperature when served. Tasty though.
Broccoli was pretty mushy, but tasty.
We went in at 9:30. The lady thought there was only 2 of us. As soon as I told her nine, she said "NINE" real loud & immediately got an attitude. We left and drove to the one in Trussville. Food & service was excellent. Definitely worth the extra drive.
Marketta was a great server! Coming for lunch was quick and fresh! Came with colleagues. Music was current R&B. Real lounge like vibe! Enviornment was clean. I had a Strawberry Daq-a-rita. Made with patron tequila, tasted like a tart slushie. For my entree I chose the lime Fiesta chicken with broccoli instead of rice. Pretty tasty! I'm not typically a fan of Applebee's but this experience was good. My friend had salmon.
Update: the Captain Morgan's Mai Tai that's on special for $6 is GREAT! We returned.... I ordered the chicken wrap off the lunch menu and broccoli. Very filling meal! My friend ordered a grilled chicken Ceasar. The passion drink for $6 is made with Titos vodka. It was pretty good too. For dessert we ordered the blondy. It was served warm with a scoop of ice cream. Of course we had Markeeta again!
