Excellent food, a place where you can go with family and friends..! Thanks to Willy for the good service.
I love Applebee's, I love going in there and sometimes sitting at the bar, sometimes sitting at the booth. My waitress turned a wonderful night into a horrific evening, with her attitude problem from the moment she walked up to the table. She destroyed her pen right in front of us and didn't pick it up with the floor had to come back two or three times to get drink orders. She spilled the marinara sauce which splashed on our sneakers, "didn't say sorry" but when you thought this night couldn't get any worse our waitress held us hostage. She refused to take payment for the food and refuse to give us back our credit card for over 30 minutes. Moving got up to approach her she said that she's not doing anything and we winded up having to get a manager to intervene.
We had a very good experience at our dinner last night. It was girls night out, and Willy was our server. He was awesome and we had a lot of fun with good drinks and food!
Shirley was our bartender and was outstanding! Very professional and observant and I have to mention absolutely beautiful. The bar and every table around the bar was full and we watched her give flawless service to everyone. Really cool to see the teamwork from her management and other staff. Definitely will be back to this location!
Lola was amazing! My girls loved her, and she had napkins to me before I realized we even needed extra!
This place is AMAZING! Everytime I come here it gets better! The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Food came very fast, hot, and delicious! Can't speak highly enough! Fastly became one of my favorites!!
If i could give this place zero stars i would. My server was wonderful. My food was dry and my spinach dip was basically soup. The air also has a weird smell
I ordered my food for take out , super friendly waitress provided great costumer service fresh food that taste great , nicely packaged my food which I appreciate whole heartedly. I do not like my food just thrown in a bag like most of us ???? . Applebees is always a go to spot for me . We enjoyed our dinner ❤️
