Our server was great. Food was good. Deals and specials were enticing. Dined in after Saturday lunch rush. It was quiet. Took a while to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. One thing to note for the ladies, their bathroom was in bad shape. Larger stall lock doesn’t work, toilet paper holders were falling off the walls and one stall you would have to stand on the toilet to open and shut the door.
The food was great and plentiful. The blackberry lemonade is AMAZING!! Our server was polite and attentive, but something seemed off with the staff as a whole. Almost like they were always looking over their shoulders looking for whomever might be "grading" their work... I've worked in the restaurant business with several different companies and I know that's not an enjoyable work place environment. I thought everyone did a good job honestly, from the hostess to the kitchen staff.
We'll be back and hopefully things work themselves out smoothly.
At Applebee's tonight, given plasticware to eat with. No silverware, disappearing, probably dishwasher didn't come in. Told server I would leave unless some silverware was found. Gee she found some! Service really slow tonight. Ribs had to be redone, Manager very helpful and friendly, Tressa. Cerise the sqerver was very good.
This will be a follow up review, have been to this location several times, lacking in consistency with their food preparation, it's hit or miss. Service is generally really slow, but servers are friendly. MGMT is usually accommodating. Sometimes food is excellent, other times, not so good. Men's restroom is always dirty. Have complained about that multiple times.
Don't expect a reply from owners, didn't get one in the past.
This was our first time going to this location. The service was terrible. The waiter was nice enough but everything took forever. It took forever for him to take our order. Then when our food finally came half of it was missing. My food (pasta) was very cold so it hadn't even been sitting under a heat lamp to keep warm. It was very bland and tasteless I couldn't even eat it. I had to ask for silverware to be brought so we could eat and it took at least 10 minutes for him to finally bring a real fork. I was so hungry I was just picking pieces of pasta up with my hands and by the time I had a fork I was over it. The only good thing i can say was my daughter ordered a steak and it was cook perfectly. We won't be coming back to this location anytime soon. Hopefully they get some workers that know what they are doing. (Dollaritas are NOT worth the bad service and food)
I went to this location one day after church around 1pm on Sunday. I ordered the honey bbq crunchy wings as a appetizer. The wings were delicious, full of flavor and fresh as if the just came out the oven. They were very crunchy and matched great with ranch dressing. I then ordered the spinach dip. It was great. I also ordered the Alfredo which i didn’t get a pic of. It was really good and tasty.
Went with my wife around 2 pm after lunch on MLK DAY. N ordered some good food . If you don’t know the all you can eat plate are 15.00 comes with fries n slaw shrimp comes with the tartar sauce . Everything tasted good waiter was professional n checked on us every now and then . I’ll definitely go back to that location.
The food was very good. The chicken tacos and the honey pepper traditional wings were awesome. I will definitely go back for those. The cheese sticks were good. The sizzling cheese and shrimp were good. Good food good prices.
I placed a to-go order. It took about 15 minutes before the young lady came to the counter to take my order. The restaurant was not crowded. I even asked the bartender if they had a busy day. She replied no. Of course no tip was offered. I was surprised to learn the food was very flavorful. Please, work on the service guys.
