Onion ???? rings way over done and bottom half of hamburger ???? roll hard as a rock. Burger was good, and fries were barely warm. Service was average maybe short of help even though wasn't busy.
This place was amazing. The food was amazingly seasoned and delicious. Thanks to our waitress Kimberly N, she was amazing to have and she made sure everything was perfect. Also, we were informed that most of the cooks were called out so whoever was cooking in the back did an amazing job. Kimberly N. checked up on us to make sure everything was alright and she was doing an amazing job (Charles town). The other staff are amazing too and the environment was very clean and organized. Thank you for this amazing lunch/dinner.
Bad experience made me waste my time writing this review. We waited 40 minutes for our food. If I had the cash, I would’ve paid for the drinks and left The place wasn’t busy as you can see in the picture. I assumed maybe it was one of the meals taking longer to cook, out of 3 plates we received two of them that were room temperature and one was actually cold. Not sure how long they let it sit wherever it was, but it was probably sitting Most of that 40 minutes. There shouldn’t be restaurants that make you have to complain. I don’t wanna complain.
The service is the best thing about this place, I've never had a bad server or host here. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful.
The food is okay, but it's nothing to sneeze at. If I were to recommend any dish, it would definitely be the cheeseburger or the wings. I also had a few drinks. They were good, but some of them were served in these super large glasses that resembled bowls and kind of looked like centerpieces for a table, lol.
This is a nice Applebee's and the staff are friendly. Food is your normal fast food restaurant items but good. We have been here a few times as the location to our hotel is within walking distance. Will definitely be back.
Not only did we not get straws for the kids cups, but they also didn't give a silverware after they delivered our food Unlike most other places who refill your drinks when they're empty this place did not. The food was also not cooked as ordered. I ordered a well done steak and it came out raw in the middle and rest of food was cold do not recommend
Came here around Thanksgiving and had a large family setting. The food was fantastic. And staff was friendly but I did have to ask for a drink several times before getting one.
Everyone and everything was great from the welcome at the door to our server to the food and drinks ( which were perfect) to the attention to clearing the table. The attention to every little detail by our server was outstanding.
