The pasta was one of the WORST pastas ever. The bread was more unflavorful than white bread. Very stale and old tasting. The mozzarella sticks were fine
Will not go again
The first time we went, it was fine. This time there wasn't more than 3 tables and the service was slow. The food took a while, and the drinks were meh. Our server would ask if we needed anything and kept walking past the table so we'd have to turn around to look at her and order. She was nice, but I kinda wish she would just stand next to the table and not behind us like she's in a hurry. We also noticed the cocktail glasses had a ring of dirt and grime on the bottom. The handle on the steak knife looked very worn down like the handle was starting to break apart. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty, dusty, and there was a pregnancy test sticking out of the trash. Probably not going back.
Ate here as it was close to the RV park we were staying at. The service, food and welcome were very good. The food was lovely, plentiful and all freshly cooked.
The cost of our meals were one of the cheapest of the holiday so we found it very good value. Would definitely recommend.
Food and cocktails were great. The service was not so great. Waitresses never brought us silverware. I had to get up and ask. Never came to give my husband a refill on his beverage.
I just had the worst experience with Applebee's in my entire life. Applebee's in Palmhurst Texas. First the waitress comes to ask for our order but cuts my wife off midway through her order to ask me a question then starts to ask my wife all over again what she wants like they never talked before. Little did we know the whole shift was sitting next to us including the cook, eating and when he was done he went back to start cooking our meals. We actually had to walk up and ask the bartender to make our drinks. The food order took around an hour to make. The food actually came out in a bag on the plate! and to finish off, we paid and were leaving we were stopped at the door from the waitress saying she charged us the wrong amount. I asked what she wanted to do and she stormed off and then the manager came out and explained the situation. So, he refunded the amount we already paid and then went and charged us again. There was nothing that would invite us back. I'm military and have served over 22 years and have ate at Applebee's all over the country and never had such poor service as this. The only person in that building with good customer service was the bartender.
Had a good time and good service and also great food...
Well its been a while since I have not review Applebee's and I feel is necessary to check in once in a while so new customers can get an idea of the quality of service. This time I had a good dinner with family. The restaurant was in really good shape. Tables were cleaned and ready to receive customers. Restrooms were cleaned. Windows and floors were nice and cleaned as well. Over all the place was doing real good. Our hostess guided us to our table and introduced us to our waitress and we began with an entry and drinks. Then we ordered our food and the food was amazing. It had this nice fresh recently prepared look and feel, that many restaurants would envy. The presentation of the dish was as describe by photos and narrative on the menu. Our waitress kept checking on us and we had an amazing family time. Always looking forward to another visit. To the manager or managers, congratulations on a great performance. I will be posting photos for people to appreciate the different dishes.
Applebees a quick lunch/dinner for us . We wanted to try the protein bowls. Food was fresh , tasted good , was quickly serve once we were seated.
Restaurant was clean but could be cleaner needs head to toe
cleaning. Windowns, chairs, tables with plenty of soap to get rid oily feel. Or what ever degreaser is allowed.
Server was very attentive, was cleaned and well groom. Provided excellent customer service.
Place is busy busy , prices are
decent for hot meal.
Only thing ...
We gone couple of times but dont see why we have to wait in car to get called for a table. So we waited in the outside area.
I recommend Applebees in MISSION for food , customer service and pricing.
Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our server was very busy, but he did try his best to give us excellent service.
