Me and a church group of friends ate here on Sunday. They were a little busy but not fully packed I'm a former server so I know what a good server should be able to handle & not We were seat in a corner booth there was 5 adults & 3 kids we ordered drinks & a few appetizers which came out fine. But when she started bringing out food, we'll the runners did it wasn't all our food together it was 1 persons food here & there or 2 people I myself got wings & 2 sides the wings came but my sides never did until I had to demand them along with 2 other meals for 2 other people who didn't get their food at all. Nor were we getting refills. A manager had to be gotten the waitress was expecting others to serve us she said as her explanation, what, why would you count on others to serve your party of 8 people, A potentially big tip for you? Which ended up being no tip because we watched her server other tables making drinks at the bar for them & not even looking our way. The manager brought out the missing food, gave discounts to my friends but not on my check after I to had a bad experience. Applebee's you need to train your servers, give them sections to keep tables together! Don't have runners unless they do it right have a hostess who has a pager to notify you of problems she see with guests. Have someone clean tables if server to busy to remove her own plates. But most importantly train your staff! Don't cut loose a newbie on a restaurant full if hungry people on a Sunday. P.s. nose rings on a servers of my food just looks gross to me cause I can't tell sometimes if u got boogers or diamond's in your nose. Just saying.
My husband and I just left Applebee's at 2:18. I wasn't impressed at all I ordered a frozen mixed drink which was taking forever to get it, so I finally told our waiter to change it to a beer. I finally got my beer the same time our food order came out. If that tells you how long I waited. I ordered the Oriental Chicken salad. My chicken was cold and the breadstick barely warm. My husband ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich. The restaurant wasn't busy at all during this time frame. So I don't understand how it could take so long for a drink and why would the food be cold. I've been to Applebee's many times at this location and I can tell you it has really went down hill since the last time I was there. Applebee's you can do better than this! I won't be coming back.

I do not know what happen to the last good crew, but this group here today, just as sorry, withOUT order accuracy and customer service...????
Ordered food online, went home, food wrong, went back, was handed my cold food with no apologies for THEIR error! I'm super big on customer service as this is the first thing customers experience, and as you can see this place is a another one of Danville's failing businesses, hence the rating, time to write them off too. Bye!
Food was good, cooked correctly. I had a passion fruit lemonade which was crazy good. Service was expected. Nothing horrible or wonderful. We were a party of 3, I'm always cold but my father and Brother also commented it was freezing in there. I understand keeping it cool on a hot summer day but not to the point guests are shivering through their meals and getting out as quick as possible.
We ordered mash potatoes as a side dish. They were cold. We did tell our waitress & she got some hot ones. Waitress checked on us once. I ran out of my beverage & never saw the waitress until she brought our bill. Definitely won't be going back!
This place has the sorriest service. 20 minutes there and the only person that acknowledged us was a hostess that wasn't old enough to take a bar order. The servers AND MANAGER just looked at us and never offered to serve us. We walked out and went to Texas Roadhouse across the road. Brittany was great there. We have her the $25. Tip. You guys need to tighten it up there. I hope cooperate reads this. Your service is pathetic .
Bar tender was too busy making sure she got out on Time to serve customers correctly. I had to go to Walmart and buy my own ingredients to make my own food because she was too preoccupied by trying to get out on time.
Haven't been here in a while...it was definitely awesome from the staff to the food was very very good ????..an the. Long island iced tea ????️...hit the spot..thee wife had a Bahama Mama.... awesome too...thank u guys for being GREAT PEOPLE....aloha...
