The bathroom is gross. The food was not good and it took forever for our drinks to come
Sat at bar. Someone came and asked if we wanted drinks. My husband ordered a beer myself a water. She walked away, never entered his beer in register. We sat for over 20 minutes and never received a thing. Hot up and left. As we were leaving I heard a waitress tell someone they were too busy for her to speak with manager. Only 1/4 of tables had someone at them. I worked at this location 20 years ago. “BUSY” was a 20 plus wait at lunch and a 30-45 minute wait on all nights with weekend longer. Will never go back
I ordered bourbon street steak. There was no Cajun seasoning. I told the server about it and she told the manager and I got the garlic butter instead of Cajun seasoning. The server came and said the manager would be out. The manager came and said that the seasoning only comes on the chicken and shrimp. I showed the manager the menu and she said she would take it off my bill.
WRONG!!! She only gave half off. I guess mashed potatoes are worth $10.15. I left the steak with them. It was NOT what I ordered!!! And then we had ordered fries and they never came. She did take it off the bill. Please read the menu and tell you would do to rectify which you did neither. Terrible place. The WORST steak I've ever had!!!
My server Hannah was pretty great, super friendly and made some good recommendations- I'll definitely be back for the Chicken Wonton Tacos off the Late Night Happy Hour menu. The manager stopped by to check in on the food and was pretty nice too- floors were swept and bathrooms were clean.
Apple Bee is in need of a dire face lift. We were sat at a dirty table in a area where there was food all over the floor. Waitress was nice. My kids said there food was good but I forgot the nachos and good God they were salty. Just yuck.
Went and ordered a medium rare steak for myself and chicken alfredo for my boyfriend. My steak was over cooked, and I had them remake it just for it to be overcooked again. My boyfriend's pasta was really dry and had no flavor. Can say their boneless wings are good though. In the end I only wanted to pay for what we ate, which was the wings and the appetizer. They wanted me to pay for it all finally got them to knock down the price, still $26 for 5 boneless 50 cent wings, an appetizer, and 2 drinks is pretty crazy.
We dined in, the place was virtually empty and it took forever to get our food. I really don't have anything good to say about our experience. My food was cold, the middle of the potatoes was like it had been in the fridge. Ribs were cold too. The waitress spilled some water and bad words came out of her mouth. A man that worked there did come over and apologize for that. The worst is the bathroom was FILTHY. the rest of the restaurant was not clean either. Floors look like they hadn't been swept in days. Overall terrible experience and will never go there again. Especially after a $50.00 bill was paid.
We did take out and did the 2 for 20. We both got the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. It was very bland, and It was hard to eat.
