What an awesome apple bees, we had Matthew serving us and we were so spoilt and cared for. He is so passionate… and man he works so hard!
Patience was the manager and she was so lovely! And she was also so passionate..
The food was so good, the Rib lettes were SOO tender and Matthew suggested the Asian and they were delicious!
The burger was so good, America seriously makes the best burgers! It was delicious!

The food was ok. It's what you would except from Applebee's . Drinks were great, and bartender Sandy was awesome. But they have no beer on tap! The other thing i was not happy about was this new promo they have, "Pick 6" so the deal is, if any NFL team has a pick 6 during the game, you get to pick 6 boneless wings of what flavor you wanted, but you had to speed more than $10 on food. That is the deal. So if you and 4 of your friends go to Applebee's to take advantage of this deal, TAKE NOTE. You only get 1, 6 piece for the table, and it does not matter if you are all paying on separate checks. I even read the fine print. I didn't see anything about 1 per table.
Pretty good overall, slow service but good food. I am in love with this triple chocolate meltdown. It is so so good. The only downside is the slow service. If your okay with that than the food is worth it.
Never been to applebees as a Canadian. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Elizabeth (manger or shift lead) was stood at the end of the bar when I walked in and continued to speak to her co worker as I walked in, waited 6 minutes for them to tell me no draft. A bar has no draft beer. What is the point without draft beer. Apparently it’s been all summer they haven’t had draft beer. How has this not been rectified yet? Kyle the bartender was very helpful and apologetic on behalf of the establishment but the rest of the staff were rude and not customer oriented at all!
The atmosphere is good and lively, but the food was atrocious. The burger bun was 2 or 3 days old because it was stiff, hard, and dry. Servers were under staffed, too busy, and only walks over to ask the customary questions but without actually listening...
"How is everything??? Good..." walks away. No chance to actually say heyy this sh!t tastes awful but you know what, forget it, you are too busy to care anyway. I can train a Roomba to do the same thing. Who checked quality control in the kitchen anyway?
Half the order was wrong on the chicken and rice. But forget it, it's edible but not as ordered and since the service roombas were just buzzing around saying "how's everything, good!" without taking a breath, it wasn't worth raising the issue.
So. That's Applebee's for ya. Great lively crowd of a place, yes, that was good.. but a sh!tshow of a kitchen and service staff.
Julianna was our server. She did an excellent job helping us tonight at dinner. She was friendly, came by to check on us, and was very prompt with her service and the speed of our service and meals. Overall, very satisfied!
The food was also really good! We have been to many fine dining restaurants, and this food here was better than a few of the higher class restaurants we have been to. Thank you again so much again and have a great day/week ahead :) A+++ satisfaction
1st time at this, Applebee's. Just returned from Portland, and the passengers said stop. Staff looked tired, but the service was ok. Orders were served lukewarm and tasted pretty pedestrian. I'm not sure when, but I may return. ???????????? *p.s. my personal experience
Bonnie served me twice already she is a great listener friendly out going and makes ordering a simple peaceful easy thing to do. Refills are great and she is very attentive. Great place to eat when Bonnie is on the floor ????
