Crew was very fast and curious. Our food came out fast and tasted great. The only problem we had was that our drinks were flat. They brought new ones but they were the same. I changed to a strawberry lemon that was exactly what I should have ordered from the start. Noise level was a little high for a casual conversation, but it was definitely a great place to eat.
My wife and I and a close friend stopped by Applebee's in Idaho Falls earlier this evening for dinner. We were celebrating the safe arrival of our friend from Europe, and the restaurant was quite busy.
Our food was great (it always is) but I am writing this review to recognize our server. Her name is Hannah, and although she was very busy, she took the time to connect with us on a personal level. I requested extra mushrooms and onions with my Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp and she (and the chef) delivered. Hannah kept our water glasses full throughout our meal, and when our friend from Europe wanted to share her milkshake with us, Hannah was kind enough to serve it to us in multiple glasses.
We were so impressed with the food and the service that I sought out the manager to let her know. I learned that Hannah had recently had her wisdom teeth removed, and yet here she was at work making sure that our meal was as perfect as she could possibly make it.

The food was good but the service definitely needed help today. We waiting a long time to even get water. I like their 2 for $$$ deal they have. Definitely good portion sizes and quality of food. The Mac and cheese was our favorite along with the artichoke dip appetizer
Hadn’t been here in while… due to service and food honestly it’s bomb again!!! Service food and atmosphere was perfect neighborhood nachos where impressive layers where just right every bite was perfect… it’s becoming one of our favorite again the perfect margaritas where soooo good even brought me extra olives ???? no complaints it was literally perfect
Don’t get the chicken tender pasta worst thing ever. Breadsticks hard on top and soft on the bottom inedible 17$ mean
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends. Our server was awesome! She was right on top of things, very attentive and super nice. The food was great. I had the 4 cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. The taste is amazing. My husband had the riblets which are his favorite. We also tried the new apple fritter dessert. I was stuffed but had to try it and it was worth it. Glad we shared it because it was too big to eat. I'm sure if I hadn't eaten so much I could've handled the fritter by myself.
I ate a grilled chicken salad that was delicious. The service was wonderful. We were there as a family and enjoyed the atmosphere.
We usually like it here but this last experience was rough at best. No staff to greet or seat us for 15 minutes. Just not a single employee in the dining areas.
The whiskey burger was supposed to come with fried onions and there were none on the burger.
The crispy ranch chicken sandwich came without ranch and the breading must have been made with cornmeal, not breading, an odd choice. Strange texture.
Waitress was doing the best she could with minimal help. Must be minimal staff on this shift.
The long island iced tea didn't taste right either. Overall we'll stop coming here for a while and hope they work out the kinks.
