Really disappointed with the food. We got this sirloin with cold center when we asked for medium well. When we asked to return for a medium well we get the same steak reheated and still very rare. This picture is from the second time they “cooked it”.
My wife and I ate here Friday night. 12/20. We had an incredible time. The vibe and atmosphere was great. Our waitress was the best. Great attitude and super friendly. Our burgers where cooked perfectly! Best burger I have eatin in a loooong time! Good prices too. This is probably out new burger spot????
Was told 15 minutes for a table and waited 30 minutes. By the time we got seated happy hour ended in 15 min. Seeing that I have kids I couldn't sit at the bar and get a drink. So after waiting over 15 minutes at my table to order a drink, happy our ended and I was told they could no longer honor it even though I waited over 15 minutes to order a drink at my table with my family. Waiter was running all over the place helping tables. I get being under staffed but they should mention it to customers and honor deals they have based on time to include food deals based on time frames. The waiter was doing what he could but seemed hesitant to ask management about honoring the happy hour for drinks and never did ask.

Staff standing around talking when Obviously.they could have been cleaning the bathrooms and seeing if the .Customers needed anything. This is the 2nd time my family and I have had crappie . Service from Manhattan Applebee's. We definitely will never be back.
I visited this place hoping for a straightforward experience, but was met with an uncomfortable vibe. It seemed like the employees knew exactly what I needed help with, yet they made a point to avoid eye contact and didn’t offer assistance. I waited, gave them time, and even tried to signal for help, but was ultimately left feeling ignored and dismissed. It’s disappointing when employees are clearly aware of a customer’s needs but choose to sideline them, leaving a poor impression. I’d think twice before coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
The food was very delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly. My favorite part of my visit was how kind the waiters were. The lady in charge while I was there was also very kind and gave us free brownie bites.
We came at a pretty rough time, they were down a cook and had a fairly busy lobby. We stopped in for a quick dinner, but ended up waiting a bit long for our meals. I had my one year old so in the chaos of her being stir crazy, we decided just to head home and cancel our meals.
Aside from that, the service was great. The manager took basically everything off of our ticket, and even gave us our food to go. Her name was Robin and she was extremely professional and nice to do that for my little family.
Not everyday is perfect and every restaurant has its days, I’m impressed with the way Robin handled the chaos she was dealt with seeming impatient customers. :)
You cannot convince me there is a better Spinach and Artichoke dip on the planet than at Applebee's. Hashtag 2 for $25 for life.
My bride and I enjoy dates here often. The food is always good. The service has never been disappointing. It's never too loud. They even put a husker game on one TV at our request.
