The local Applebee's is really hit and miss on how the meal and service is. I ordered their club sandwich with fries for an evening meal with friends. The bread was a combination of stale and burned edges. The bacon was way overcooked to the point of being charred. Our server was very friendly but trying to cover too many tables to check on how everything went. I might give them one more try before saying not again.
Enjoyed our dinner at Applebee's. It's been years since we ate at one.
I was hoping to see their low carb portion of the menu, but I did not.
What I ordered basically was.
Lime Fiesta Chicken, which I had garlicky green beans instead of the Spanish rice.
Very tasty, zesty fish. A little heavy on the thousand Island dressing, which I didn't quite understand the combo with lime chicken It was good though.
Husband had a good ol cheeseburger and fries, as these were some of the options on the 2 for $25 deal.
We received a generous house salad and our 2 entrees for $25????
Our waitress was super speedy and efficient. Very nice
My mother had called in our order to eat there at the bar she usually does this on Fridays here lately she hadn’t. we had planned to go today to start that again as we got there we sat at the bar was not greeted in any way the lady with patchy colored blond brown hair had said that our to go orders were over at the counter my mother had said no we are eating them here they had just brought over the bags holding our food to our and my mother had to ask for silverware cause we we eating them here there was no apology for the mixup in any way if anything they ignored us after that my mother had to wave the lady with patchy brown blond lady down cause she had not serviced us at all the other party of three down below us when they got there was greeted with hey do you guys wanna put orders in and got their food with decent service this lady was plainly rude with my mother with her when she had to wave her down multiple times I’m sorry if one would be upset at this point as my mother was she needed to pay and leave so she could get back to work but yet again ignored my mother had to ask one of the ladies running cards at the end that she needed to pay and the lady said she would get the other lady for us when she came she told us we had to pay at the counter over there with the to go orders and my mom was upset cause there was no communication nothing and the lady with patchy blond and brown hair wanted to get an attitude with her face and eyes because my mom was upset to your crappy service how about do better and if your not gonna provide a decent service in the service industry then don’t be in it it could have went so much better if you had a better attitude
My wife and I had an early supper at the local Applebees this afternoon. I ordered the boneless Buffalo wings with fries and she had the chicken fajita wrap with waffle fries. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was exceptionally good! Fries super crispy, wings super spicy, an absolute flawless experience! We’ve been coming here over a decade and it’s just a reliable classic.
Waited 53 minutes to get my food, The Classic Combo Appetizer. Places get busy, it happens. I wasn't mad about that. The problem was, after waiting those 53 minutes, my food still came out so cold it was hard.
Just a lazy day and did not feel like cooking so we went out. Not alot if options in GreenEville but we went to our local Applebee's. Starter was fine. Pretzels and beer cheese. My wife and each ordered steak for a our main meal. It's always been hit or miss with Applebee's getting a steak done correctly. We each order our steaks medium. They have a tendency to under cook them. So I figured I'd at least get medium rare. Mine was barely that, and I ate it anyway. The wife's was still mooing. The waitress did make everything right but it's disappointing to eat dinner separately. Not my first choice to go to.
I didn't get what I asked for the menu advertised one thing and a totally different type of food came out. My waitress was rude and not attentive.
I had a very nice quite dinner with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. The waitress was fast and very polite. Dinner was hot and great! Our waitress was very prompt to check on each of us remembering what all each of us needed! I highly recommend Applebee’s here in Greenville TN. I have ordered to go and sat at the bar to pick my food up and the bartender has always been so nice yet fast to get my meal out hot!! Love that!
