Don’t ever go to the Applebee’s in Burton it has terrible customer service cold food that supposed to be hot food is supposed to be cold is hot and smashed and portion size was terrible. I’m still hungry and I normally don’t eat very much at all. I have been to Applebee’s all around Michigan traveling for my son, Support and this was by the worst customer service I’ve ever had Applebee’s before in my life. It’s sad too because it’s the closest one to me now I’m gonna have to drive Just to go to Applebee’s it’s ridiculous.
If you're a group of people, you'll get decent service. If you're there alone you can forget good service. The food isn't bad but definitely wasn't brought straight out when done.
There are no options for appetizers if you're alone unless you want too much. And, of course, they're not usually good reheated. Single dessert options aren't much better, not that my waitress offered any to me.... she did offer dessert to the group next to me, though.
Basically, if you're out relaxing and dining alone and want good service, this is not a good place to go. Don't expect anything more than the bare minimum here
Usually order curbside. My food is always on time. If there is a delay, a kind worker comes outside to let me know that it'll be just a few more minutes. My steak is always juicy & perfectly cooked.
Got the mushroom Swiss burger and it was terrible. Did not get onions on. It had been removed. Barely any mushrooms on there Maybe three at most. SMALL CONTAINER Not many fries either. Here's a picture of my $14. Take out meal, won't be back.
First off, I want to say that our food was great! Our sever, Sara, was very hardworking and attentive during our visit as well as the other staff..with an exception of the manager by the name of Leslie. So if I could give less than 1 star regarding the manager, I would. My mother and I arrived for dinner and waited at the host station for a while. We watched the servers and bartender working hard as well as the host away from station. All the while we are standing there to be greeted and waiting to be seated, the manager, Leslie, sat in a booth directly across from the bar facing the host station. Not once did she acknowledge us, even though she saw us standing there. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve seen this very same manager do this before to other customers when I’ve dined here. Watching her sit in that corner booth while the staff overworked running around super busy. Leslie definitely does not demonstrate team work and doesn’t seem to really care. Do better!
Fair prices, good location, delicious food. Recommend chicken tenders mac and cheese!
I come here often, order for pick up as well i always have a good time. Last time i went in for drinks at the bar and i made a friend and the bartender was cool and had great personality and made wonderful drinks. His name is Frankie i believe.
We visited on a Saturday early afternoon for a quick brunch before heading to home depot. We sat for 12 minutes without being greeted by anyone; I went to the host stand and informed them. I think it was a manager that came to our table saying she'd take care of us (4 times) and took our drink order. 10 minutes later a lemonade we ordered was delivered by the bartender and I'm still waiting on the water. Sense of urgency appeared low and the food didn't taste fresh. We were never taken care of.
