I am in the restaurant business and and had not been to Applebee’s in a long time, but decided to go to the Loganville location because of their $10 deal I can’t write an email about how horrible the service is here because of lack of management. it would take up two pages. They told me the general manager never works nights. I have been coming for a week now and if the Director and Gm don’t see what i see they need to go
I feel so bad for the staff because they have no support. I actually got up one night and actually offered to help the manager because tables weren’t clean for almost a half an hour. I watched the manager bring food out near the host desk ignored two parties that I have been waiting there for 15 minutes. He went back in the kitchen and grabbed his jacket and went home.
The way the place is run is a leadership issue. the managers are clueless on how to support and run a floor (Not Hard)
This explains why chilies across the street or down the road is busy all the time It’s because their service level is way better, but their food is decent
I don’t want anything for free but director and GM get in your restaurant and have a clue

It's been years since I've been to Applebee's, and I do not ever intend to return. From the food being very underwhelming to the amount of time we waited for our food to come out and how long we waited for our alcoholic beverages, the experience is not worth it. The sad part is, our waitress was nice and attentive, but had to apologize every time she stopped at our table because the experience was so bad. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, the pasta for my four cheese macaroni was overcooked and mushy, and the "double crunch" shrimp had ZERO crunch and was just soft. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
I got a couple of zombie drinks supposedly a rum cocktail. I thought it was made up with rum, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry and lime garnished with a gummy candy in shape of a brain (because zombies eat brains in the movies). I didn't get my rum or gummy brain for sure. not sure what else missing. It was a cheap drink though. Advertisement vs my drink below:
I went back the next night and got another Zombie drink after my review that morning. It was what I expected. I have changed my start rating from 4 to 5.
Applebee's can be a hit or miss, and today the food was a hit, but the service was definitely a miss.
My family and I stopped to grab a bite before we took our road trip, our server Brooke was not the best she was very rude, didn’t greet us when she came to the table, when our drinks were bought to the table she just put them to the end of the table, didn’t say what drinks were what or belonged to who. We then asked for the manager, which never came, now thinking about it she was probably the manager. But after asking for the manager Brooke’s attitude and energy was a little better, but we were still unhappy a manager never came to talk to us.
I usually go once a week for lunch due to working locally. I prefer going here rather than fast food because it's comparable in price (not including tip) than fast food but quality of service and food much better. I usually sit at the bar and the bartender, that I can't remember her name, has served me many times and I am very satisfied with her hospitality and service. Always ask what specials they are having for lunch, you will love the food for the price! The burger specials right now are excellent!

No one greeted us at the door. Abigail finally greeted us and was our waitress. They were out of crayons for the kids and out of kids cups. There were tables with dirty dishes on them all around. They were out of spinach artichoke dip.
My hamburger was burnt and paper thin.
I over heard the bar tender girl tell another couple they were SUPPOSE to get a truck in the next day. Abigail was a great waitress she did all she could to keep us happy.
The mgr Bryan did come out and wiped our table while we were sitting there??!!
They obviously need ownership and management help as well as all other positions
Jason A was very personable and service was fantastic! Food was very fresh and tasty. I joked with Jason about wanting the Crispy Chicken Sandwich to look just like the picture and it did! Great job kitchen staff!
