Me and my boyfriend ordered our sodas took us awhile to get those. Then we ordered our food the food came out not how we said and not fresh and the salad came out same time our main course did. The waiter we had was to busy talking to other tables spending to much time at one table . And his nickname is smiley sorry u need to do better than this. I have been a waitress before and this is not how u do it. Will not go back for awhile . Also let me add we had to wait on silverware and we didn't even get to eat our food we waited so long after we ordered and them not getting the order right.So we walked out and left with food on table .
What a delicious burger I enjoyed at this Applebees! I am not usually an Applebees fan, but this location had wonderful food. Everything was very tasty and Mark was a fantastic waiter. Kept our drinks filled and was a pleasure to have serve our group. We all enjoyed ourselves. Well done!
Our server was a super nice girl. The hostesses just seemed as if she was over it. I mean I get it, I worked retail for over a decade. But I never had an attitude in front of customers. Food was mid. But the thing that really speaks to me is that the restaurant was over half empty and it was still a 45 minute wait. It's not anyone of the servers or bartenders faults because i know they're understaffed. But in a town like Boone where it's double the population it should be because of App State they should be fully staffed and the fact their not says its either toxic management or a toxic environment/company to work for
The only thing I can say wasn't quiet right with my fiesta lime chicken was there wasn't as many little fried tortillas strips under the chicken breast as usual but it was absolutely delicious. Nick, our waiter, was absolutely awesome and a fine young man. What a wonderful human being he is! Give that young man a raise!
I always love coming here! The food is great and the hosts and servers are always so kind. I always have great conversations with them and they’re always willing to give recommendations. I’ll be coming back multiple times for sure.
When I pay for wings, I expect sauces up wings. Not just half done, half sauced wings. I’m not sure if they thought that because I took a carry out order that I wouldn’t complain, but this is just lazy. I would have been better off buying plain wings from ingles and bringing them home. Can someone please explain to me how this is acceptable?
90% of the tables were empty when we walked in with a lunch group of 8. The waitress was very polite, friendly & personable, however our visit was not excellent. The sampler had more chips than the spinach dip appetizer so we had to request more, however we barely had the apps for a few minutes and our meals began to arrive. One meal was incorrect and another sizzling hot steak was placed down so close to one of the kids he was hit with hot oil. The waitress did her best to make adjustments but seemed to be struggling with her coworkers. The food was good but the service was not what I expect from Applebee's.
Won’t pick the phone up and CONSISTENTLY send me the wrong order when I order delivery. I HATE this Applebees passionately
