Very bad experience this time. The food wasn’t fresh: Cesar salad was old you can check the lettuce was brown in photo, the brew pub pretzels stick was almost burned. We also ordered steak and Rebs comes covered by barbecue. Unfortunately when we arrived home my husband had diarrhea.
Everything was disappointing. I’m leaving beside them and this is the second time I went this branch and in both time I don’t like it. But today was worse.
The food here was excellent! From the customer service to the atmosphere itself everything was perfect. I recently came with my Grandma and now she always wants to come back! Especially for the Tipsy Reign deer. Server James will forever be my server.
My family and I went out to eat here, and our server Brett by far made the entire dining experience amazing. He was accommodating to our our requests and took the time to be personable. Highly recommend this Applebee’s location if you’re in the area.
Chicken sandwich and fries was okay. My wife liked her salad with chicken in it granddaughter liked her chicken plate.
Didn't care for the mozzarella sticks.

Update: Management spoke with us and was extremely apologetic and offered us replacement meals. She was very caring and most certainly wanted to make the situation right and she did it with much understanding and kindness. Because of her I will try an Applebee's again one day.
We left. Host was rude as cuss, dished and silverware were visibly dirty, the menus stunk like body odor, and we waited 50 minutes plus for food that never came. Waitress took our order and ignored us after as people who came in 20 minutes after us seated directly behind us got their food.
Went there pretty late and experienced a good service with food that came pretty quick. Adjustments to the food were easy to make and no problem while the service was very good.
The vibe is very American, which is always nice as a foreigner.
Took my mother in law there for an early dinner. We were seated quickly, and the server couldn’t be more accommodating and attentive! Her recommendation we got a happy hour menu item that was out of this world. I believe it was called wonton tacos. This location is running well compared to others I have been too. Good job all!
I made the mistake of going here on Nov. 24th. The "greeter" couldn't manage a hello. Was rude and ignored my request for seating. We waited almost an hour for our food. Ice cold tomato soup, burnt rice and rubber chicken. The waitress was in a hurry to push us out when we still had 90% of our "food" Horrible food and worse help. Never again!
