Lesson learned!! Don’t get anything to go! This is supposed to be “very well done” & the nachos that were $13 were the sorriest I’ve ever seen!! 12 chips & no cheese. Highly pissed $60 wasted.
Service was very slow. We received the entree and appetizer at the same time. When we did see the waiter, she was very nice. They didn't seem to be very busy, but that may be normal at this location. All in all, it was an ok experience.
Applebee’s had a great atmosphere and amazing food, but the highlight was the outstanding service. Cody was the manager on the clock, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from food recommendations to checking in on our table. He suggested we get the three cheese penne and it was a total hit. His attentiveness and genuine friendliness made our experience memorable. Will definitely return!
I placed a curbside order @632p said it would be ready at 652p. I waited until 702p to go in to ask about my order and was told it was still in oven. Then at 708 the lady comes and tells me the do not have any bone in wings only boneless. Finally at 725 they bring my order 30mins after it was to be done. Only to get home 15mins later and see they did not give me the extra ranch or wing sauce that I requested and paid for and they didn’t add any salad dressing sauces for the salad we ordered. Smh
Seems they were short staffed. We had to wait in a short line, but there was no one taking customers in. We left and came back and finally got seats. Salad was super wilted and soggy. I didn't bother to eat the rest, wasn't worth it. I ordered the blackened salmon with loaded mash and garlic green beans. All was well. Took the server a while to bring extra sauces and refills. My Partner ordered sirloin 6oz medium, and it came medium well. The women's bathroom was nasty. The ceiling in the hall between the restrooms was busted open and water pouring out into a trashcan. The carpeted floor was disgustingly soggy...
Our server was a blonde headed guy, he was nice tho. Yall need extra help.
We stood at the door waiting to be seated over 10 minutes. The bartender yelled over to u 3 times that she would be right over but she kept mixing drinks and going into the back. After the 3rd time she went in the back and came back to serve more drinks we walked out. She could have at least yelled for us to seat ourselves or got someone from the back to come seat us but that did not happen
As a dasher, this is the place I dread coming to most. There is no communication and always a HUGE waiting period before being taken care of. It wouldn’t be so bad if they communicated with their guests, but they just leave you waiting up front wondering what’s taking so long. Most of the time it’s a 10-15 minute wait before even being greeted. Then another 20-25 minutes waiting on food. I’ve been a dasher 3 years now and it has always been like this. Definitely needs some improving with customer service! 4 people have walked out tonight.
Waitress was "new" is what we were told. Scatter brained. Bartender had to make sure food order was put in, plus helped with drinks. Restaurant was almost empty. She seemed to struggle with the simplest task. I'm hoping it was one time deal, we have ate there before and it was never anywhere near like this.
