I had 2 orders delivered and I wasn’t happy with my side which was Bourbon Street Steak, onions, mushrooms with broccoli. The broccoli cup was not even half full. My order was $57.00 and they couldn’t put enough of broccoli in a cup that I can enjoy with my meal. I order the same thing every time and I have never had an issue until now. I don’t know if it’s new cooks are what. But I am really disappointed. ☹️ see the picture.
Kenny was great he had great mannerism and courtesy about himself.I will definitely be going to this place more often. Thanks again Kenny for making Apple Bees one of my go too’s now the chicken meal was great. Stopped in at the Applebee's in Greer today and had the most amazing time! Our server, Paul, was out of this world phenomenal at his job!!! He was so charismatic, absolutely great at what he does. He was extremely attentive to not just us but to everyone sitting in his section. Every Applebee's and restaurants in general need more servers like Mr. Paul! He took our orders with thorough attentiveness and kindness. He at no point seemed like we were burdening him with our requests. He made sure we received not only our appetizer but also our meals with very minimal wait time. He made sure our food was cooked to perfection, the presentation was beautiful, and that we had everything we could possibly need, including our drinks never running dry. He was by far the best server I've encountered in years!!! I was extremely impressed by Paul, and he wasn't a spring chicken, yet you couldn't tell it by how well he did his job! The cheese sticks were cooked perfectly, and marinara was just the temperature. We had probably the best wanton tacos I've ever ordered, and trust you me I've had my fair share of wanton tacos! My sons chicken quesadilla had the perfect ratio of chicken to cheese, just the right amount of crisp and the char flavor of the chicken knocked it out of the park. My daughters cheese pizza had the perfect "cheese pull" the marinara was just right. My chicken tenders were spot on juicy, crisp cooked to perfection our Applebee's fries were hot, crisps, and had the perfect amount of that Applebee's flare we all love. My husband's bourbon street streak and shrimp came out hot, still sizzling and cooked to complete perfection. The garlic mashed potatoes were just like they were supposed to be and hit the spot. I can not come up with one single complaint about our experience at the Greer Applebee's today!!! Even the restrooms were clean, fully stocked, and didn't stink! Oh, and by the way, they now have a digital karaoke machine inside next to the bar! They also had the cutest football balloons and decor for the start of football season! I honestly wish I could give this particular Applebee's and Mr. Paul 10 stars because they both deserve it!!! Will most definitely be returning in the near future!!!

I went there with my wife and kids on a Saturday night, and we were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us right away. The place was buzzing with energy, and we could hear some classic rock tunes playing in the background. Our server, Jessica, was very attentive and cheerful, and she took our drink orders right away. I ordered a Bud Light, because nothing goes better with ribs than a cold one. My wife ordered a margarita, because she likes to live on the wild side. And the kids ordered some lemonades, because they're too young to drink, obviously.
We decided to start with some mozzarella sticks, because they're my favorite appetizer. They came out hot and crispy, with a gooey cheese center and a tangy marinara sauce. They were so good, I almost ate them all by myself. But I had to share with the family, because that's what dads do. Then we ordered our main courses. I got the riblets platter, with fries and coleslaw. My wife got the chicken tenders platter, with mashed potatoes and broccoli. And the kids got the mac and cheese, with apple slices and celery sticks. The food came out fast and fresh, and it was delicious. The riblets were tender and smoky, with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. The chicken tenders were juicy and crunchy, with a honey mustard dip. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, with a crunchy breadcrumb topping. And the sides were all tasty and well-seasoned.
We were so full, we didn't have room for dessert. But Jessica offered us a free brownie bite, because she said we were such a nice family. How sweet is that? We thanked her for her great service, and we left a generous tip. We had a wonderful time at Applebee's, and we can't wait to go back. Not very clean tables and booth plus silverware. Food was tasting well enough to eat. Service is great. Don’t miss the triple chocolate meltdown.
The food was good. They were doing some cleaning and moving tables around, which was understandable. What was odd was the hostess didn't grab kid menus for us or crayons for the two kids with me. I grabbed it myself as she walked to show us our table. The waitress was friendly and I think everything was reasonably priced and the food was good.
waitress seemed very off, almost like she was on something. steak was awful and looked like it was made in some factory. i’m seriously concerned about what this even is
I have been going to this establishment for many years I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff most of the time are great. I personally have had a few problems with an order getting mixed up when getting take out and the food taking to long when dining in but that is bound to happen over the years I've been going. The food is good but sometimes the menu leaves something to be desired but I've noticed that there are a lot of restaurants have been serving the same things and it gets old really quick. As a restaurant you want to stand out from the rest you need something unique to bring to the table literally. Other than that I do enjoy dining here.
