It was a terrible experience,... Went there to have dinner with my friend... And the food was terrible... The fiesta lime chicken I ordered was gummy and chewy as heck and the tortilla chips it was surrounded by were stale and seemed microwaved. Some were chewy and hard.... And the rice it was served with was barley warm and dry.. seems like they just microwave there food.... Very disappointed and had to have waiter take it back. I couldn't do it. And then my friend felt bad and didn't want to just eat alone. Bc I obviously didn't want anything else..... Just very disappointed in the whole thing....
Good food great waitress price is reasonable rather sit down here for a 15$ burger and a salad than McDonald's any day I wish I can remember my server's name but she was very sweet.
I was not greeted at the door. I sat down at the bar, my waitress took half my order and walked away. The bar was not clean. There were dirty napkins and straws laying about the bar. I had to go find my own salt and pepper. While waiting for my waitress to come back, I turned around and found her eating at the table behind me. I was never asked if I wanted anything else. Very poor service and horrible atmosphere. The salad that I received after asking for the waitress to come help me was thrown together and presentation was terrible. It is just a salad, but it didnt look anything like how it was advertised. The ribeye I ordered was well done when I asked for rare and looked nothing like 12 ounces. The manager was very polite and offered to bring a new steak but I had a schedule to maintain. The servers were o cursing. My waitress is in the photo eating while I was waiting for her to come back. The salad that I did eat was compensated. The restaurant itself doesnt look open or inviting. Corporate will be contacting this this particular branch.
Went to get dinner, there was no where there to greet us and when the hostess showed up she wasn't very polite, or friendly. Then we ordered three meals, including one for my two year old. Both mine and my daughters burgers were undercooked and I had to send them back. They did comp her meal and bring out new burgers. The service wasn't the best though, our waitress seemed nice enough but we had to ask her to to refill our drinks, and we also had to ask for napkins and silverware. And they also didn't bring us any plates for our appetizers.
This is not the best written review but I was not pleased with the service and I don't think we will be going back there.
My parents and I have always gotten riblets. This time, the cuts of meat were totally different. They are usually fall off the bone, tender and juicy. They were tough as shoe leather. Such a disappointment for a family outing. To quote my mother they were like sawdust in my mouth and it was like the meat was cooked in water all day then pulled out and the sauce was just the poured on not cooked into the meat. Very sad, definitely not returning for that. Service however, was fantastic.
This is a typical Applebee's Nieghboorhood Grill, booths, tables and a nice U shaped bar in front of a few big screen tvs, however its a bit cleaner than others I have been too. Staff is very kind and courteous. Food is consistently good (for Applebee's) comes out hot, fresh and the wait is not long. Kevin was our server recently and he was super friendly, checked in often to see if we needed anything, but not to often to be annoying.
Pleasant experience tonight, there chicken and shrimp was very yummy. Kevin was a great waiter, food was fast and prompt. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a dinner together.
I ordered a steak medium rare. They brought it to me well done. It was basically a hockey puck. I asked if they could recook it and they then brought me a steak somewhere between a blue rare and rare steak. I asked before i ordered the steak how their cook was with steaks for this very reason and i was told she was really good.
After working in the heat all day it is really sad that my dinner ended up being broccoli and mashed potatoes.
I wouldn't recommend coming here for steak. The broccoli was great.
