I was seated at 6:02pm and it's currently 6:44pm and I have not even received a water yet! ???? The picture was snapped at 6:47pm. Update now it's 6:55pm. Still no drinks or water..or sharing plates for this appetizer.Update now it is 6:58pm appetizers and main dish brought out at the same time. Still no drinks but 1 water out of frame. Order was also wrong order bourbon steak and received chicken and shrimp. Don't eat shrimp. Waiter also asked for the doneness of steak so don't know how it was confusing putting it in. Update the redone order was missing the mushrooms and the wonton chicken taco appetizer was cold. Like refrigerated cold, not even room temp. Cleanliness was awful video gives pov..
This place is absolutely the worst Applebee's I have ever made the mistake of eating at. It was a Friday evening and it seemed like there were only 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. Although the restaurant was practically empty, we had to wait to be seated. The receptionsists made 2 elderly ladies (one of them with a breathing issue on oxygen) wait to be seated. They decided to leave.
My wife and I were seated at a wet table.
Waitress came to the table with an attitude and could not answer simple questions like what beer do you have on tap, or what beer they had in a bottle.
The barkeep, also with an attitude proceeded tell us that they only have Dos XX Amber on tap.
The food arrive fairly quickly.
The food was absolutly dreadful. Ordered a sirloin. Made the mistake of ordering it medium. Came out well done. So bad I couldn't eat hardly any of it.
The wait staff did not even seem to care that we left most of our food untouched.
She simply brought us our check.
Won't ever try to eat there again
If I could give zero stars I would. Upon walking in noticing the 86 health score, we decided to still give it a try. The host greeted us and walked us to a table where a server yelled from around a corner she didn’t want to serve us. We were then taken to the booth in the back corner. Another server (a pregnant lady) came to our table and stated that she was suppose to be gone, but nobody else wants the table so she’s going to go ahead and get some money. She then proceeded to say she wanted to take our drinks and food at the same time. My coworker and I both ordered strawberry lemonade
In a Togo cup. When the drinks arrived at the table, it was 4 cokes and no strawberry lemonade. My coworker agreed to take the coke. As she walked off I said please don’t forget the Togo cup, she rudely said “I said I got it” at that point we got up and left because the rudeness was uncalled for. The spill about nobody wanting to take the table so she’s going to “make this money” was unprofessional. I pray this Applebees gets a better team
Came @6:03 got seated, waited 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Ordered a white queso & chips took 10 minutes. Personally, that's way too long for just some cheese, especially on a slow day after that food didn't take long to arrive maybe 10 minutes . She could've have been new, she did get a tip for being polite & respectful .
This Applebee's location is one of the worst locations I've ever been to. The server was sweet. The restaurant was basically empty, and it took well over an hour for my family and I (party of 10) to receive our food. My cousin's salmon was burnt on the bottom. My mom received a watered down Long Island, and her Burger was salty with cold fries. The manager did comp her meal and drink. Another cousin received over cooked chicken tenders. I will not be going back to this location.
Our server was Miss Mesha and she gave us the best customer service. She was very nice and served us with our drinks and our food. Yeah it's over she had a great smile. I will definitely be coming back to make sure she is my waitress every time.
The total experience wasn't horrible. We had a 20 minute wait to be seated, even though they were not that busy. Our waitress was very sweet, but tended to slightly disappear at times. The food wasn't bad, but the queso we ordered came with what was mainly crumbs for chips, and my husband found a small piece of plastic in his food. My entree was the star of the evening (pictured).
This was the worst I have had in a long time. The service was horrible, there were only 2 waitresses and very few people in the restaurant. The food took 42 minutes to come out. I'm never come back here.
