December 11,2024 I entered the restaurant via rear door noticed I was being watched by a waitress for about ten minutes, two other customer and myself waited another ten minutes while the manager in a yellow jacket stared inquisitively at us but unhelpful all the same. Finally the waiter came he was fixing the food for a to go order in the back which I guess no one wanted to help him or even acknowledge us as customers because that was his assigned duty and Applebee's forbids or they were just lazy workers.
The restaurant was very dirty. The hostess looked and smelled like he needed to take a bath. The table was not wiped off the floors were filthy. The restaurant smelled. just everything and everyone in it looked gross. After going to the table, I did not even stay to eat. I turned around and walked back out with my family. It was so bad. over the years I have eaten in this restaurant many many times and have always enjoyed it prior. The location is prime and I am saddened to see how it is managed now.
We had to wait a while for the food and when it arrived it was cold and lack flavor . We also order a chicken tender with fries from the kids menu and the fries were cold when we asked for a another batch of fries. We never received the fries. The waiter was nice but everything else we are very disappointed and not coming back.
Me & Bae went to Applebee's & we got the 2 for $35 meal deal.
We both got the shrimp pasta meal with the breadsticks & it was DELICIOUS.
For our appetizer we got the boneless chicken-I got Ranch & he got Blue cheese dipping sauce.
Our experience was great & our waitress was personable & sweet.
We really enjoyed ourselves.
Thanks Applebee's!❤️
The server was great and very attentive. The bartender made our drinks perfectly. It was a wonderful meal and a great anniversary dinner on a budget.
Won’t be back! Definitely wasn’t worth it,had to move seats due to ants on the table in one of the booths, server wasn’t that attentive(it was busy)and the food was blah at best, Buffalo wings were chewy and gummy. Next time I’ll just eat at my job at least I knew I’d get good food and great service.
The food was so good and amazing me and my family had I good dinner!! The food is not cold it's good temperature the smoothie was the best drink I every had and also my little sister love the food it's a good service I ever see and hear!!!
The servers were very friendly and checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. I honestly appreciated their services and the atmosphere. The food was delicious and the chicken was so juicy.
