Not too bad, the food was decent. I was surprised how crispy the boneless wings were, pretty good. It's okay inside, decently busy and bathrooms are okay.
This location is much better than the one that we have near us in New York, a must visit. the food is pretty good and our staff member who served us was very polite. She likes to sing LOL
Always my go to for dinner. Kevin was our server last night and he did a fantastic job. Even the manager took time to touch base with our table to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I recommend the mountain dew bash it's my new favorite drink.
Our server Klarissa handled our party perfectly! She was very attentive in spite it being fairly busy, and was very personable! 5/5 service.
It has been some time since i have been to an Applebee's. In the past experiences have been very good but this time was mediocre at best. The server was very quiet. He gave us very dirty share plates. The manager, i believe, was dressed in scrub/nurse wear. We at one point had someone who wasn't our original server bring our food and someone completely different brought our food. I can understand if the establishment was short staffed, It might help if you tell customers that you are. I also saw the table next to us return their food and their server just looked at them weird before taking it back.
Just went to Applebees this afternoon and the waitress who the manager refused to tell me her name that took care of us was so rude & overall not good at her job just for the drinks it took 10 minutes then she didn’t come back around for refills until AFTER the food was already served to us by the manager. Also it’s my son’s birthday and we wanted them to sing happy birthday and she gave me the brownie bite in a box and sent it with another waitress when we specifically ask they sing. Applebee’s is nothing to what it used to be. I asked to speak to the manager she came out all she was worried about was making sure I didn’t leave a bad good review because it would affect her too & all I was told was she will speak to the waitress. It was overall not a good time.
We waited over an hour for the food we ordered. When the waiter finally realized we still did ot recieve our food he Sked if we wa ted to talk to the manager. He ever got the manager to come over. We did finally get food ut as we ate I could beR the same line about ha
Good food for the price and you can't beat the drink prices either. Good place for a decent meal. Service is usually very good and the meals come out pretty fast.
