We stopped by for breakfast, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The place was dark, the service was super slow, and everything was very expensive. The food itself was bland and overpriced, which made the experience worse. The restaurant was almost empty, so we couldn't understand why they added multiple fees on the bill, including a tip we didn’t get the option to choose.
This isn't a fancy place—it’s Applebee's—so it felt like a tourist trap. On top of that, there was a 2% fee for card payments. Definitely not going back. Save your money and find somewhere else.
This place is horrible. Dirty and unkept. Check out the washroom and you'll understand. Check the pictures of the food we ordered (cheese pizza, chicken and cheeseburger). Pizza looks like they burned the whole pizza and tried to save half of it so gave my kid the half that was less burnt. You can see the slices are not from the same pizza as the cuts don't line up properly. The chicken was bland and the burger wasn't cooked properly.
Service was ridiculously slow. The Caesar salads came out quick but then we had to wait over half hour for the entrees. When we asked the waitress if the food was coming soon (our kids were starving) she said it was coming and it wasn't until 15mins later did it actually come. I will never come to this Applebee's again and I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone.
Restaurant wasn’t clean I found COBWEBS behind our table at our shoulders, picture attached, it was disgusting and very unclean for a restaurant where we eat food. We reported it to the hostess/greeter the old lady who took us to our table but she didn’t seem to care. It was at Table 23. There were about 20 of us and our bill was over $200.
I visited this establishment on December 14th At approximately 5 PM. I ordered a chicken Tinder crisp salad. My friend got the chicken sandwich, the $10 dollar deal. My salad was just OK, not enough chicken on it, My friend also thought that the sandwich was just mediocre. We also ordered drinks, which were two waters., two alcohol beverages. We never received our waters and the alcohol beverages were very watered down. I even sent my drink back to ask for it to be made a little stronger and when it came back, it was Even more watered down. It was not even a large crowd in there around that time but our waitress was very slow and very forgetful.?We asked for a couple of other items and we never received them.

Food is very good and priced reasonably. We have had a couple experiences where the service was a little slow in coming back to ask if we need anything. There was also a time that the table was left with food that we had already eaten and was not cleared off But other than that, I would highly recommend eating there.
Service was slow, server brought apps with meal, and both were ice cold. Then server didn't bother checking on us to see if we needed more drinks or anything. Had to ask someone to find our server so we could pay and leave. If I ever decide to take my family to Applebee's again, it'll definitely be a different location.
So I’m starting this review and we have only received our appetizers. Spinach artichoke dip and the dip came out lukewarm at best and the chips some cold and soggy others seem stale and a couple seemed ok. We have now gotten our dinners and the broccoli has a taste and smell of Fish (none of our dinners have fish) the Med steak was more like that of shoe leather. The Alfredo seems ok but the breadstick seems to have been burnt and drenched in butter and garlic. The server has walked by many times without even asking about the food. I had to get her attention and ask to have everything fixed. Still waiting……
I had ordered the dinner for 2. A steak dinner, cheeseburger dinner, and two house salads as the appetizers. The fries with the burger tasted like they were 4 hours old (my dog wouldnt even eat them) and the lettuce they put on the burger is just gross - looked like the outside of the head of lettuce mainly white (see pictures) and the lettuce that was in the salad was absolutely disgusting. Some of the pieces looked like they were days old and had huge chunks of the stem. Who puts that in a salad??? I mean a plus side, the burger and steak were cooked correctly but the presentation and taste was just awful. The steak had so much seasoning, it tasted like the French fries. Honestly, the tastiest part of this $50 meal was the garlic mashed potatoes. Both of us didn't even finish our meals! I know we ordered within the last hour of this restaurant being open, but that shouldn't mean we get old gross food. Do better applebees
