Best WLM Reviews
The food was good like normal. I got the chicken mega meal. Chicken was very thick in a few spots and it would be nice if it came with a sauce to put on it. The service was the issue. The waitress we had was VERY inattentive. I had to flag her down for drink refills twice after my cup had sat empty for 8 minutes each time, which I could understand if the place was busy but it was not busy at all. She never checked on us once we got our food. Again empty drinks. Then when done she brought us our bill and never came back to pick it up and run our card. After waiting for a while and her never coming I finally had to take it to the bar so I could pay and leave. This is the worst service I have gotten at any restaurant in the last several years. I will not be back to this applebees.
Started off great, greeted nicely, sat right away, order taken fast but never got our mozzarella appetizer, made my food wrong then it took so long to get a replacement my family was done with their meal so I just took mine to go. Not a great experience but on a plus side my family enjoyed their meals
Food was good. Had their club sandwich which was excellent. Went back there about two years later after mask mandates for COVID were eased. They had revised their menu. Had a new item. The quesadilla burger which was quite good.
They added some new menu items.
They have also added some new seasonal drinks that are quite tasty.
Baked French onion soup, sent back to get warm. Prime rib with dipping sauce. Could only get it well done and onions very strong but not grilled. The guys burgers were good. Not going back for a while. What the guys ordered they did not have.
Addison was an amazing server. She has a great attitude and was fun to talk to. She made sure we were well taken care of.
Ate here on 11/9 after not eating here in years. First off, there were only 2 high chairs available in the entire restaurant. When we got there, both were in use. The manager said there are usually 6 but people keep breaking the belts. The restroom was disgusting. Our food came and it was very greasy and ehhhh. Got home and had a belly ache, I’m assuming from the food. Not visiting the Beloit one again, the Janesville one is way better. The only good thing was our waitress was attentive.
Went out with the family to Applebee’s, our server Hannah was super great! She was extremely friendly and patient with our kids while we ordered. Food was delicious and we really enjoyed the endless shrimp & wings. The margaritas were pretty tasty too!
Our server Pearl was amazing! The best waitresses we've had in a really long time. Our food was hot and cooked to perfection! We will be back!
