Best WLM Reviews
We stopped by for a quick dinner since we haven't ate at Applebee's in a very long time. Restaurant wasn't too busy and everything looked clean. Our waitress was fast, courteous, & had patience with us. We ordered our dinner & it came out pretty fast. Our food was pretty good. The broccoli was double steamed, the way we requested it. The steak was medium & cooked just right. The strawberry daiquiri was strong, no complaints there. But overall, this was a pleasant experience & somewhere we will visit again.
This is my go-to spot. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and the drink are unforgettable. Customer service is always on point. I love that the manager visits the table to ensure that the customers are pleased with the service.
Got the food cold. Waited to tell waitress was ignore basically when I told her or she didn't care. Others in my party had also had a disagreeable experience. Will not return
I did not expect to have a great experience, but I did. The food was fresh. The service was prompt, and the young man who waited on us was awesome.
Food was good, except for the mashed potatoes. They were bland, even with them being "loaded." I won't pay the extra for them again. We had good service, but the loud drunks in the bar need to go.
Lunch specials are great portions of food for the price. This was 10$. Now, the order online drive up offer for the Mansfield rd store I don't think they quite got the concept. I had to wait 30 minutes and then call inside before someone came to the window. I was on lunch break, and they forgot my utensils. Luckily, I had extras in my car, but the experience was terrible for lunch break. The food was good on the other hand.
Went in around 3:00PM on a Saturday to relax after a hard work week. Our waitress was great! We enjoyed our food and drinks. We're sitting at the table talking, drinking water, and eating ice. The hostess for the next shift comes and ask for the cups as if they were running low on cups and needed them. It pissed me off to the point we left. It was almost as if we were being asked to leave without directly being asked to leave.
