I went here with a friend. Our server was Karla. We had the 2 for 28. I got the steak and salad ???? and my friend got the same. I thought you got a lot for 28 dollars. The salad was a nice size and the steak was very ???? very good. The vegetables were cooked just the way I liked them. Karla was very helpful about the specials and happy hour. She knew everything about the menu's price and ingredients. I was impressed with the food. Karla was attentive and made you feel welcome. I was very happy with my meal and the flavor of the food.
The Sirloin is terrible, tasteless and full of hard conective tissue. The fries were cold and rubbery and the Ceasar dressing is missing something.
Service was OK, staff seemed to struggle to keep up.
It was pretty busy when we went, but the wait wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and gave a great service. Food didn't take long to get to the table and everything was freshly made. The portions were pretty big and food was tasty.
Went to try the all you can eat lunch. They offer riblets, boneless wings, and breaded shrimp. You can change your choice of entre each round too. The wings were delicious. The service was great, and the atmosphere was very chill.
Silverware was dirty. May I suggest your wait staff take all of them when not busy, and use salt and club soda to polish them. That's what we did at restaurants I worked at if that helps. I ordered the broccoli chicken Alfredo. Was hot but needed more sauce and had a very salty sour taste. I did not finish or take it with me. Stayed at a hotel for work at toyota Arena. With hotels and an airport nearby, regardless of the walks of life around any business... you do not mess with your customers' food, especially mine!!! Something was not right with that dish. You won't eat it yourself or serve it to your mother. Do not send it to the server to give to a customer. The server I do not wish to lose her job but I will say please do not assume the people who spends money at the place you work. I have made that error myself and felt awful. You were nice and did well. Otherwise, thank you.
I really enjoyed my visit to Applebee’s. We were seated right away and our server was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our order and everything was served hot, fresh and delicious. SIZZLING too. Thank you ????
Service was beyond amazing. Everyone in my group loved their food. Including the appetizers. Small issue with my food and they went above and beyond to fix it. Great experience. The holiday drinks hand down awesome. Tipsy reindeer was great. Great use of the gift card and no issues with it.
As a restaurant it's an okay place for corporate faire. Cookie cutter experience aimed at the drinking crowd. The music was too loud for this senior citizen. It wasn't my first choice but I had a gift card leftover from the holidays. The food was delicious. We ordered salmon and chicken parmesan entrees, salads and appetizers. The onion rings really perked up my taste buds. The wife enjoyed the salmon and I thought the chicken parmesan was very good. The staff was very attentive and jumped in to help when the tabletop terminal wouldn't process the gift card. I'm sure a younger demographic would enjoy the experience .
