Late afternoon. Food was definitely not up to normal Applebee's fare. Waitress was polite but bad at her job. 3 tables in the whole restaurant, no refills, weird stuff in my salad, breadstick harder than the croutons. I definitely won't be back.
The onion rings were cooked perfect and the waitress was great. She was observant and kept checking on us. The wonton tacos were crunchy but a little over seasoned. The green beans were absolutely disgusting. They were overcooked and seasoned to the point of drowning in the garlic. The steaks were cooked very nicely as requested (med rare & med) but again over seasoned. Whoever the cook was caused the loss of a customer. If and that is a big if I ever try it again, it will be because of the waitress.
I love this place! I recommend the wings! Mariah is always amazing! She is a manager there. Her service is always on the spot! When she isn't there the service is kind of dull. ???? Please give her a raise!
Jerold was our server for the evening. Jerold was very tentative and made sure we were taken care of for the duration of our visit! He is an amazing asset to your staff, thank you for taking great care of us!
They couldn't tell they were having trouble with their frys, come on no one was eating them. And yes sometimes the music is just a little too loud. They are 95% always friendly and efficient.
I gave this place over than 100 chances. Food and orders never come out right. Not cooked to order, old and cold, greasy, raw chicken, cold fries, and I can go on and on. Never going to this location again.
Got some chicken grilled with shrimp that was perfectly done and had great flavor with the mushrooms. The potatoes were great, but they seemed as though they had been sitting cause they had formed a "skin" on top. The Cinnabon rolls and sauce were choice fr fr. I pulled up to the carside to sign 2 min early and got half way threw "Comfortablely Numb" when my food came out. ????
It was very crowded, but our server worked hard. Food was great. Had to wait 5 min. or more to pay our check. Server was too busy & no other way to pay. Tried q code on receipt but it wouldn't work.
