Potatoes and green beans were fantastic! The chicken wings were burnt and dry. The ribeye was the worst I have ever had. It had an off taste of dishwater with a sour note. I ordered medium rare and received medium well. Now I remember why I haven't been to Applebee's in over 10 years
Waitress was nice and food was good except the pretzels we ordered. We were laughing about how much SALT was coating them, a lot of it I could just wipe off but there was two that you couldn’t. It was the rock salt and then some more smashed up. Why would they even serve someone that. It was pretty nasty- and funny in a weird way.
Friendly and professional staff. My steak and mother n laws steak weren't done right, and the server and manager jumped to it in getting it fixed. They understand our concerns and went above and beyond on customer service. We took advantage of the 2 for 25 meals, and the options to choose from were great. Will make a return visit in my families future.
Terrible food. The ribs were 90% bone and gristle. The sauce tasted like cardboard. Had to wait 10 min before they took our drink order, and there was only one other table and a few people at the bar. The place was pretty empty, and now i know why. The shrimp was very rubbery and chewy, way overcooked. We couldn't even finish the ribs after a couple bites, so then they brought us boneless wings....mostly a ball of dough with a little bit of dried chicken in the middle. Waitress rarely checked on us even though she walked by several times and wouldn't even make eye contact so i could ask for another beer. Never going back.
My dinner was awful. The steak was small and very tough. It was med rare which was great.
My husband did not get his sauces at all.
I did carside my order was 10 min late. The potatoes and coke slaw was thrown in the bag upside down.
Very unhappy with Applebees. I will not recommend.

Josh was a great server-friendly, attentive and customer focused. The sirloin steak was horrible which he had a manager take care of immediately (freezer burn/old taste). Not a place to buy steak. The garlic green beans and smashed potatoes were delicious.
Got curbside but they don't bring it out after 9... But they don't tell you this. Thanks for making us wait for no reason.
Follow up : Nothing else to learn. We followed your instructions in the app yet sat for 15 minutes for nothing. If you aren't going to bring the order out to us just say that in the app. Then it was a hassle to get the order once we got inside. Lots of employees hanging around that could have literally walked 10 feet to hand us the order. You weren't busy. This has to happen a lot because the employee said "we don't come outside after 9 but they probably didn't tell you that." Sounds like a frequent problem that you need to fix.
Food was okay until we noticed our server sitting down at a table pulling a really long 2-3 inch snot boogie out of her nose and eating it! I believe her name was Christine. Most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my 32 years on earth. Had to ask another server for some boxes for the food didn't want to eat anymore after watching her go make a drink without washing her hands afterwards.
