I mean, it's Applebee's. I know what to expect, but I can't really say it was a pleasant experience. Waitress was talking to customers at a table (not sure if she noticed us standing waiting to be seated). We waited a few minutes to finally be seated even though there was no one else really seated inside eating, just those she was speaking to. Mozzarella sticks tasted as if it was just heated up in the microwave, so there's that , and the food was really subpar at best. Kinda crazy how much they charge for the food when the quality isn't all that . Overall I'm not really surprised with how my experience was today, I'd go elsewhere for the price and quality of food.
My server Greg was outstanding during the evening rush. He made sure my drink was full, my food was served hot and quickly, and he was by far one of the best servers I've had at this location.
The food was delicious. Each course was prepared with care and in good timing. Great value for the salad, appetizer, and entree at $11.99!
We were a large group of 12 people went here for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very nice, restaurant clean and nice decor. The down fall was the service. We had two waiters but only one was doing anything The other in training. They forgot birthday girl drink, they forgot appetizers, then appetizers came out with the food. We all had to wait on our drinks. I tried to get the male waiter in a better mood but he wouldn't even smile. The service definitely could have been better. We all pretty much tipped 5$ if not more each. So he got a decent tip even though the service was not good.
I will never return this Applebee's location. My family was seated before I arrived and orders sodas. I arrived about 10 minutes later and they still hadn't gotten any drinks. A total of 25 minutes LATER we all received drinks. Then we waited 10 more minutes to place an order. Next, two of family got their food first and one of them was missing a side item. Then, two more plates were delivered 10 minutes later and finally my two daughter's meals were finally delivered about 20 minutes after the rest of our family! We only received one refill even after being served this way. We asked the waitress if we could at least get our appetizer for free and she said "no, I don't think so. My manager isn't really lenient about things like that." My dad had to actually say can you at least ask him? She did and the manager said he could take off $.50. WOW. We finally got the check and paid. I then saw the poster about getting a free app if the server didn't ask about gift cards. She didn't, of course. So I asked for it and she said it might be too late. Like seriously? She finally tells the manager he asked me what I wanted and went to the kitchen. I never saw either of them again. I'm embarrassed I chose this place for my family for a celebratory dinner. Worst experience by far in a restaurant.
The waitress was good. We had a little wait on the food. But the food was good. There was a mouse sticky pad on the floor, and there was a gross smell in the bathroom and the bathroom area.
The service was pretty good. The crew was nice. The food was not that good. The boneless wings were hard and I've never had riblets like the ones I was served this night. They were like big pieces of meat. Not riblets. I couldn't eat them at all. But the restaurant was clean and the staff was nice.
Didn’t get a chance to eat because staff arguing over who gonna seat us. Finally seated and we sat for 15 minutes, no one still acknowledge us. What bartender and waitress continue to argue. We just decided to get up and leave. Manager also seem to be unprofessional as She seemed as if she didn’t care to settle the matter between the employees, as if this took place all the time.
Terrible service everytime and mediocre food. They are never busy so I dont get it. We have tried twice and both times left disappointed. Once we left before even getting drinks...after 20 minutes no one came to our table. We won't be back...also there is a strong sewage smell in their restrooms like they have a plumbing issue they need to address.
