Sat at the bar and ordered drink, appetizer and dinner. Service was great and waitress/bartender was very friendly and customer service friendly. Had Sam Adam’s and it was cold and not flat. French Onion soup was spot on and dinner was great. Would come back if back in town for sure.
KELLI was a fantastic waitress. Extremely attentive and so nice. Even though it was really busy she took the time to get our orders perfect. The food was awesome! Had a great burger. The manger was super nice as well. I wish I could give more Stars. Kelli 10/10 stars for your service.
Was excited to go to Applebees for the new remodel and have been very disappointed with the experience. I’m not usually one to leave reviews and as a former server I’m pretty understanding, but the staff seemed confused and overwhelmed and it led to an overall poor experience. “The neighborhood” used to feel like home and now I’m not sure. So many people got the wrong order and didn’t receive things they asked for like silverware or waters, or drinks and it was sad. Also the table next to us watched their iPad loudly and had their bare feet out… not something I want to see especially while I’m eating. Not to mention my favorite meal was cold and awful. Not a good time and what a waste of 40+ dollars. Hopefully next time is better.
Jaxon is one of the best waiters I’ve ever had at Applebees. He served us the minute we entered the bar and was a great guy from the minute we walked in. I’ve never seen such a waiter do this job as good as he’s done it. I’ve included a photo of him doing a great job.
You know what you are getting. A cheap meal without drinks is probably $12 (plus tax and tip). Obviously, you can spend much more on many entrees. I like the atmosphere. We had good service. Had no wait for Friday lunch. It's always a solid option for my wife and me. My wife always gets the fajita rollup.
Food was ok, and the steak was overcooked for medium. Service was not great. I only gave 10% tip. My beer was empty for most if the meal and they forgot my sauce for my fries.

The spinach dip is my favorite appetizer and the mini cinnamon rolls are so scrumptious ????????✨️
Also shout out to Jacob, the consideration and effort he put in not only with my order but with other customers as well is top tier. Best service ever. And I wasn't even there for 10 mins! Yall slay.
I usually like the oriental chicken salad, but not today. The grilled chicken on my salad was burnt and hard as a rock. You couldn't even stick it with a fork. Very disappointed they would serve it that way.
